I have had no problems with any of my orders. I have yet to dine in. I simply use the drive thru option every time. Yesterday, my husband ordered his usual chili cheese fries, and I ordered the club sandwich (no mayo). Again, by the time we got home, my sandwich was soggy. The bread was soaked and everything fell apart. Unfortunately, this isn't the quality we remember. I won't be coming back, at least not for myself. The drive-thru experience also wasn't great. It was extremely busy, with a line backed up outside like In-N-Out. One employee was taking about five orders at a time, running inside to give the tickets, then coming back out to take more orders. Employees have always provided friendly, welcoming, and professional service. I always feel appreciated when I visit In-N-Out. My order has NEVER been wrong despite my usual customer request: Double Double cheeseburger, protein style (no bun, wrapped in lettuce) with grilled and raw onions, no spread, extra mustard, and no salt on my burger or fries. I also include a Flying Dutchman (burger minus the bun, lettuce, and tomato) with a whole grilled onion for my wife. I also add Lite (sugar-free pink lemonade) and Diet Pepsi. My order is ALWAYS SUPER DELICIOUS, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Eating here makes you feel as though you are part of something big, unique, and special, as out-of-state friends who do not have access to an In-N-Out location are so jealous, as we have locations in many surrounding cities. The parking lot is huge, and you can usually find a space if you're patient. As for my family and me, we will continue to visit In-N-Out, as to us, NO ONE does burgers and fries any better.
