Local thai food place that has lunch specials and a pretty big menu to choose from. I got the drunken noodles and it was good but a little too oily for me. The servers were nice and I came during lunch on a Monday so it was pretty empty and the food came out pretty fast. Would recommend visiting for a quick lunch!

Thai BBQ Chicken - very juicy! Sauce was bit sweet and paired well.

New to the area and felt like some Thai food late at night after helping the in laws with something. This was one of the few places open and decided to stop by and glad we did! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We entered and were met with colorful decor (parasols and tapestry) hanging from the ceiling and all sorts of Thai signs and art along the walls.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was an hour before closing so it wasn't too busy and got seated straight away with menus and spicy condiments delivered shortly after. We ordered the Thai BBQ Chicken, Drunken Noodles with Beef, and Meatball Noodle Soup (basically Thai Boat, forgot to take a picture of this). We got the noodle dishes medium spicy, just to be on the way side. They all came out around the same time, all piping hot. Thai BBQ Chicken - 4/5 Drunken Noodles - 4/5 Boat Noodle Soup - 4/5 All the dishes were very cozy, warming, and delicious. Nothing extraordinary, but very solid dishes. Service was great and very attentive. Definitely going to come back and try more of the dishes I love and at the hot level of spiciness!

Staff are attentive and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tables were clean and I appreciate the condiment jars at the table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered Thai coffee, Thai tea, young coconut, chicken satae, fried tofu, fried shrimp, Isaan sausage and Tom Yum shrimp soup and mango with sticky rice. Everything was flavorful but the fried tofu. Our bill was over $100.

~ It's OK ~ I've been here and it was pretty decent but I think the quality of their food went down :( We got the: 3/5 Drunken Noodle w/ shrimp 2/5 Pad Thai w/ beef 1/5 Pepper Steak Don't get me wrong the workers were super nice but I wasn't a fan of the food!!!! The drunken noodles weren't bad, it had some flavor and a pretty decent noodles to vegetables ratio. The pad thai was dry and barely had any bean sprouts. The pepper steak had an uneven portion of beef to vegetables.

10/10 food/service is always top tier. I've been coming here since I was a lil girl with my mom, and today I came solo to treat myself to some delicious food. EVERYTHING is good here, but I ordered the shrimp wonton soup, and some drunken noodles. Of course I ended up getting a Thai tea!! This place never disappoints, EAT here thank me later ;)

Was looking for a Thai spot for dinner and came across Sweety Hut Thai. I came an hour before closing, so there was plenty of parking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I did notice it was in a pretty small plaza though.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It wasn't busy and I was able to order right away. The food was ready quickly as well. For the food, I got the fried cheese wonton and the Pad Thai. The wonton was good, but the sauce that came with it was a bit more watery than I expected. For the Pad Thai, the sauce was very thick and watery, which I did not like because it was almost like a soup. However, the flavor was decent. The service was also very good. The server frequently checked up on my table. Note: American Express is accepted.

I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and the chicken is black. The portion is ridiculously small. I don't feel safe feeding this to my child. So disappointing .

A1 Thai restaurant anytime I visit my Dad and brother we have came here for when we want to dine in . Located in a small plaza next to a 711 , there's plenty of parking and not hard to find ! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Since service and ambiance , love their booths and aesthetic , love that it's not super bright in here lol it's sort of dim in there and I love that .[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So far I've gotten a couple plates pad see ew , pine apple fried race , sampler of appetizers , beef broccoli. Everything has been good and flavorful , no complaints!

Sweety Hut offers solid Thai food in West Covina. The restaurant is located in a small plaza that has easy parking. Sweety Hut House Platter (3/5) - This is a great platter if you're unsure what appetizer to choose. My favorite was the fried shrimp. Pad Kee Mao (4/5) - loved the medium spiciness Pad Thai w/ chicken (4/5) - very flavorful Thai Iced Tea (5/5) - perfect ratio of Thai tea The staff were attentive and so nice. They gave us our space but were available when we needed something. I also appreciated that they timed the appetizer and entrees perfectly.

This restaurant is located in a tiny strip mall. Parking is limiting but you can park on Glendora. You will be quickly greeted by a staff member who is extremely helpful. Food comes out quickly too! I ordered the following: chicken pad Thai special: it comes with rice, salad, and soup. The dish was okay. However when I reheated the pad Thai for dinner, it was more flavorful. I guess the flavors need to settle a bit. Wonton soup: the broth had a hint of spiciness. It comes with cabbage, wonton, and chicken. Again, just okay. Broccoli with oyster sauce: the sauce was thinner than expected but I don't know if it was because of the steamed broccoli. The broccoli was perfectly streamed and even though the oyster sauce was thin, the broccoli was perfectly flavored. I don't know if I'll be back. I do appreciate the kind staff.

We got southern curry noodles, flaming drunken noodle at extra spicy, and Che Po. The curry noodles were good we got the flat noodles. Though my wife likes it more savory I like it more coconutty. The che po was okay, the rice was steeped in the sauce which was too much for my wife and some of the pork belly pieces were tough. The bbq pork and the duck was good though. Authentic Thai and Chinese fusion taste. The star of the show was the flaming drunken noodle. It's probably one of the best drunken noodles we've had. At extra spicy, it definitely brought the flame and the foavor in a big way. The portions and prices were great. We had to togo the drunken noodle and it got even better after we reheated it. -service was very friendly and quick -the restaurant is a good size, great for large parties. Negatives: None 5/5 overall We will definitely be back, we already have our eye on trying the pad Thai and the tom yum noodles. My wife wants to bring the spice down, but i want the smoke I want that extra spicy level again lol

This time around, I ordered a few dishes from the lunch menu along with some items from the regular menu. Here's what I had. House Tom Yum - A pretty tasty bowl of noodles in a tom yum broth. It came with a large portion of rice and a decent-sized piece of chicken. It also included a bowl of soup, all for around $12. Worth it. It came with whole dried shrimps, no palm sugar taste. Dried shrimps are supposed to be smashed with garlic and chili to enhance the flavor but this papaya salad tastes just bland. Spicy shrimp rice is the most disappointed of all. Chef seems to forget to put salt, shrimp paste and anything to make it spicy. The mild and blend papaya salad has more flavor than this spicy shrimp rice. How could that be??? Where is the shrimp paste taste? Can you at least fake it with fish sauce? The only thing authentic in this dish is probably the Thai jasmine rice. Crispy pork with Chinese broccoli is the best of the three but I've had better. In comparison though this has load of sodium.

The pad thai was on the sweeter side. I got my order with pork as the protein choice. I felt if a lime was provided, it would help balance out the flavors of the noodles. The peanut was kept in a separate container, which I appreciated. The platter consists of a variety of items from dumplings, egg rolls, cream cheese wonton, wonton, and shrimp tempura. The container had holes to allow for the steam to escape, so most of the items were still crispy. Nothing from the platter particularly stands out in taste, besides possibly cream cheese wonton. Overall, it felt like an okay option if you're in the area.
