They have design consultants free of charge that come to your home, take measurements and share ideas. I used them when we purchased my son's bedroom and dresser set. It's held up very well over the years. Seasonal items are fun too - especially Christmas and Easter. You'll find ornaments, stockings, countdown calendars, baskets, etc. Bedding is offered for several themes. I primarily shop on the boys side and today we've seen Cars, Toy Story, Thomas the Train, Harry Potter and glow in the dark. We've had a few sets and have loved changing the sheets to display quirky designs. Over time some have faded but it's been a few years of washes. Several people register for baby showers here. They sell furniture, bedding, decor, rugs and toys. Both my boys have baby blankets from here and they've been their most loved items. Using a PB credit card earns you points. We've brought home a few free items including a fantastic hanging book shelf. We use it but pay it off right away to earn points but not interest.

I understand this is a small business, which is all the better reason to be respectful to your customers, even if you cannot make exceptions to your policy.
