Service was great. Food was freshly made and came quickly. The steak bowl and pork/vegetable lumpia were both excellent. Highly recommended!

No flavor, very bland. Not worth the price. Long wait time, rude service. Unfortunate cos we need more places to eat in this area.

Basically, it's a one-stop shop! My mom and I decided to stay for lunch and ordered at the counter. They'll let you know what's no longer available, which I appreciated. We got the palabok and a tofu combo plate that comes with three lumpias, pancit bison, and rice - my mom swapped the pancit for bangus since we already had the palabok. Food came out quickly, which was perfect because we were starving! One guy was handling everything - taking orders, delivering food, the works and he kept it all running smoothly. The food was delicious across the board. The tofu especially impressed me; it was beautifully seasoned, which is rare since most restaurants tend to under-do it. On our way out, we grabbed a halo-halo for my dad and a bilo-bilo guinataan to go - both were total yums. We'll definitely be back!

The restaurant was clean and the server was extremely nice. I told her it was my first time trying Filipino food and she recommended a few plates. I ended up ordering the combo plate with Dinuguan. I must say this plate was flavorful and delicious. Prices are cheaper than a fast food meal and plates are well served. Definitely give them a try.

We also got a 6pc order of lumpia, half chicken, half pork so that was nice you can pick. The lumpia was freshly fried, you could feel it through the bag, and still hot when we got home. I think I preferred the pork over the chicken filling. The pork sisig was a bit tough and on the charred side and overall a bit hard to eat. It didn't taste fresh. the garlic rice was good though, soft, and fragrant and the portion was generous. the fried egg was cooked well too. Just was hoping for a better pork sisig, and it had white stuff in it. at first we thought it was like melted mozzarella cheese that was cooked w/the pork, but it wasn't cheese....not sure what it was. They make the food to order and it took a while to come out. In the meantime we walked around the store a couple times but then I went to take a seat outside at the table. I would be interested in coming back to try one of their other breakfast items.

The interior offers multiple tables for indoor dining, a photo op corner, and a walk up and order at the counter style concept. Dining-in is welcome, with utensils and napkins available self serve at the counter. All meals are served in to go containers for convenience. I had already looked over the menu and knew I wanted to try the Pork Belly Sisig. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. I placed my order and added a spontaneous milk tea with boba, 'cause why not live a little. Food and drink came out quickly. The pork belly sisig was great, and consisted of shredded browned pork belly with a side of pickled veggies over a bed of rice, with a fried egg and two pieces of lumpia, garnished with a touch of diced white onion. Very tasty. I ordered the Jasmine Tea boba. Pro-tip: you can ask for less sweet on the teas. He customized my milk tea at 50% sweetness. I look forward to coming back to try the pork adobo, order more lumpia and try the spam musubi. It's been awhile since I've had good Filipino food! I grew up in a very culturally diverse area and missed these dishes, so I'm stoked to have this available right down the street from my work. Definitely come in and show this family run small business some love.

There…read morearen't a lot of great Chinese buffet options in the area, so I came in with reasonable expectations, and this place exceeded them. Before I get into the review, I think it's only fair to mention that I rate buffets differently than traditional restaurants. My expectations are based on other buffets, where freshness, consistency, food rotation, and value matter just as much as presentation. This feels more like a small, family-owned neighborhood buffet than a large commercial chain, and I actually think that's part of its charm. The buffet isn't huge, but I'd rather have a smaller selection that's done well than a massive buffet where half the food has been sitting under heat lamps for hours. I sampled most of the buffet, and overall I was impressed. My favorite dishes were the beef chow fun noodles, chow mein, honey pork, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, and the spicy chicken wings. The wings were especially good, they were nice and meaty with a great flavor and weren't loaded with fat like buffet wings sometimes are. Other solid choices were the sweet and sour pork, broccoli beef, and fried green beans. The only items that didn't really stand out to me were the vegetable egg rolls and crab rangoons. They weren't bad by any means, just average compared to the rest of the buffet. One thing that really stood out was how well the buffet was maintained. A staff member was constantly cleaning, rotating trays, and refilling food, so everything stayed warm and fresh throughout my visit. I never came across anything that was cold or looked like it had been sitting for a long time. The soda station was clean, drinks were self-serve, and the staff was friendly whenever I interacted with them. Most of the customers seemed to be ordering takeout rather than dining in, and after seeing the portions, I completely understand why. The takeout containers were packed so full they were almost difficult to close. For the price, the value here is outstanding. The only reason I'm not giving this place five stars comes down to presentation. The dining room itself is clean, but it's very simple. From the drink station you can see directly into part of the kitchen, and the plumbing underneath the soda and ice machine is exposed, which makes the restaurant feel less polished. I didn't see anything that made me question the cleanliness or food safety; it was more of an aesthetic issue than a sanitation concern, but it does affect the overall atmosphere. That said, when I judge this place as a buffet rather than comparing it to a full-service restaurant, the food quality, freshness, service, and value easily outweigh those cosmetic issues. Would I come back? Absolutely. If you're looking for an affordable Chinese buffet with consistently fresh food, friendly staff, generous portions, and flavors that honestly surprised me, M Kitchen Buffet is definitely worth checking out.
