Kirill performed load calculation and recommended using an Emporia Pro charger with dynamic load management. That solution allowed me to safely add both the EV charging outlet and the microwave circuit without upgrading the service panel. * Permits & documentation: They provided the required licensing, insurance documentation and handled the city permitting and inspection process. The final inspection passed without issue. * Responsiveness: Communication was generally clear via email regarding quotes, scheduling, and permit updates. Where I believe the process could improve: We encountered a major obstacle when it was discovered that the crawl space was blocked by a concrete foundation wall, preventing wire routing as originally planned. Initially, there wasn't a clear alternative proposed. I ended up suggesting routing the wiring through the ceiling instead. While the team evaluated and successfully implemented that solution, I would have preferred if alternative routing strategies had been proactively identified earlier in the process. I also want to acknowledge Erin's craftsmanship. When we ultimately routed the wiring through the ceiling, he carefully navigated around existing plumbing lines and made precise cuts to minimize disruption. The finish work was clean and well executed. In the end, the installation works well, passed inspection, and achieved the primary goal of adding EV charging without a major panel upgrade. I would recommend them for homeowners with limited electrical capacity, especially if dynamic load management is needed.

The extra speed resulted in extra popularity because it sure gets busy here now. It's not the prettiest charging station but it does what it needs to do. Kevin was the only vendor who came out in person and gave me an honest and fair quote for what it would take to get it done. What I appreciated the most before we got started with the project is that he didn't charge me when he needed to come back a couple of times to finalize the work and materials needed, as well as ensure that he had the access he needed When he started the work, it was clear he would easily be the most experienced electrician I've ever worked with. He showed up exactly when he said he would and got the work done in exactly the amount of time he projected it would take. Even more importantly, the project passed inspection without any issues. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat and have recommend him to friends who are looking for a competent and honest electrician in the city.

She gave me a "don't ask me type of look" when I asked her where the Medicube section was. She just silently stormed off and walked somewhere so I thought she didn't want to help me. Then she stood in front of the aisle and said ITS RIGHT HERE! so loudly across the store. I felt so uncomfortable. I managed to get her name from another employee after i asked who is she. Her name is Michelle. I only gave 2 stars because I like the products and i like the concept of the skin machine. But service wise was just awful. I hope they fix this soon and retrain some employees. Some were overly nice and helpful, some were very rude and not welcoming. I don't think I'll be coming back. I had better service at Yesstyle in Milpitas or Candy Doll in SF. All sell the same items.
