    Excellent selection of stores. You will find all the hottest brands, and on top of that, find…read moretop-tier assortments within those brands. You could spend the entire day here with an array of shops (some of them experiential), restaurants and even a movie theater. The center is well maintained and curated with purpose. The stores are hopping and no doubt these are some important doors representing a slice of global retail brought to you in a beautiful, modern environment. The hybrid indoor/ outdoor feel is very chic and the landscaping and surrounding architecture is atmospheric. It is no wonder that on any given day you will find influencers filming to document their latest finds. There are both luxury as well as mass market retailers and everything in between. While many of the top tier luxury will be found in Beverly Hills, there are still plenty of high end stores. There is also a great assortment of affordable brands too as well as some surprises like The Container Store and a Tesla Gallery. The food assortment here is astounding! Whether you choose a sit-down restaurant or a food court pick, you will have an incredible array of options to choose from. The restroom facilities are also great. They are climate controlled and clean. Love the walls that completely partition the stalls from one another and give you a sense of privacy. The only things I found off-putting about Westfield Century City was the obnoxiously expensive parking and the hopelessly dull pop music that was being piped in throughout the center. It really diminished the ambiance. It's too loud and was very distracting. I don't mind music in public places, but if you are able to lure respectable brands like this center does, please have some finesse and taste about what you play. I feel like the music would have been the same if I had gone to a kids trampoline park. Overall, great shopping center, but the exorbitant parking fees and teenie bopper music selection are detractors.

They showed up exactly when they said they would, which I really appreciated. My charger ended up being delayed from Amazon, but they were incredibly flexible. They still came out on Monday to complete the wiring, then returned on Wednesday to install the charger once it arrived. That level of reliability and follow-through made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they were just genuinely nice and easy to work with. Their efficiency and professionalism were clear from the very beginning. The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. Although the installation was estimated to take around 7 hours, they completed it in under 6 without compromising quality. The work area was left clean and organized. Our project required upgrading the panel to support a 220V connection, and they offered the most cost-effective solution without sacrificing quality. Their pricing was fair and transparent compared to other companies we considered. What also stood out was their strong knowledge of city ordinances and policies, which made the decision-making process much easier and gave us confidence every step of the way. We especially appreciated the extra effort put into installing the outdoor outlet--thank you for going above and beyond.     One of the worst Electrify America locations! There are only 3 chargers here and most of the time…read moreat least one of them is down. This week 2 of the 3 are not working. Parking at this mall is crazy as it is but even more so here at Gelson's where the chargers are. There's not really an official line but most people know to wait on one side. Some people will try to be slick and park on the opposite side and say they were waiting. Lots of people trying to prove their importance over others lol. You can see how long someone has been charging by looking at the charging screen yet I have had multiple people on many different visits look at the screen, make eye contact with me and proceed to ask if I'm done charging yet. Like brother you can see I've only been here for 10 minutes of course I'm not done yet? They always try to persuade you with a story- "I really need to charge" "I have a long drive ahead of me" "there's 5 people in line behind me". Ok??? Everyone that is here is here to charge their car, wait your turn like everyone else and don't bother people. If someone was parked here for over an hour still charging then that is an appropriate situation to talk to the person and ask when they will be done but not when its clearly evident the person hasn't been here that long. The entitlement is so loud. I've seen two almost brawls break out here before because of entitled people thinking they should skip the line or make the rules.

The stations are often broken for weeks or months without being fixed. Station 3 has now been broken for as long as I remember and not yet fixed. I reported this station about two weeks ago, and still not fixed. I am certain others have reported it as well and still nothing done. The operator on the phone was very nice and made it seem that it would be fixed right away. Well now its been about two weeks and nothing has been done. If it were any other kind of business, it would be finished and bankrupt by now and driven out by competition. But we don't have a lot of choices when it comes to fast charging stations. It is the only reason I continue to use them. California is pushing to have every car sold in this state to be electric by 2035. I don't know how we are going to achieve this. With such lousy infrastructure for charging and lousy charging companies like Electrify America, we are going to be in big trouble making this transition. Tesla is way ahead of the game in their charging infrastructure. For the rest of us without Tesla cars, we are out of luck. I fail to understand how the folks in charge of this company can run such a lousy company with unacceptable service. Car companies pay Electrify America for free charging and pass that cost to us when we buy the car. What a bum deal we are all getting with such a lousy company. Those that can't afford a home charging station are really screwed.

    If you're considering using Beecharged EV to get some charge on your car, don't. Just get a tow. A…read moreminute-by-minute recounting of my awful experience is below. I reached out to them at 9:17am. A few minutes later, I received an admittedly pleasant call from someone on their team based in California. We then proceeded to text from there, at which point I gave him my address and paid $130 to begin the service. At 10:41am, I asked for an update. At 12:57pm, I received a response asking if they could come sometime after 4pm. I agreed, and he said he would have an exact ETA for me soon. At 5:06pm, I asked for an update -- I got no response. At 6:57pm, I asked for another update. The exact response I got was: "im sorry lets please do tomorrow." I was annoyed, but I also understood that bad weather had hit my city that day, so slowdowns might be expected. I immediately responded and told them we need to schedule an exact window for my services to begin the next day. No response. At 8:11pm, he ignored my previous text and instead informed me that a driver could show up in "in 30 min." Given that I was told over an hour ago that they could not show up until tomorrow (to say nothing of the fact that 1) I didn't believe him, given our previous interactions, and 2) it would be almost 9pm by the time someone would allegedly show up), I told him that would not work for me, and that we needed to determine a window for service the next day. I offered any time between 8:30am - 11:30am. The only response I received to that text was "Ohhhh" So then I followed up again: "When in that window works?" The response I received was "Let me ask you do you need your 12v replaced?" No. I do not. At no point in our 12-hour call/text string did I ever say I needed my 12V replaced. I explained that, and this individual simply gave the message a thumbs-up in response, and continued refusing to commit to a service window. The next day, I reached out at 8:30am, asking where they were. No response. At 10:10am (more than 24 hours after this whole process began), I informed them that I would be cancelling my service and expecting a refund. Given that I was now fully convinced they were trying to scam me, I told them I needed proof of a refund initiation within the next 2 hours, otherwise I would file a chargeback as well as lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I received my refund at 10:37am. The representative, when showing me proof of the refund, told me that they "had a driver that was gearing up to get ready, but there you go." Had there been clearer lines of communication, plans that didn't change, and commitments provided, I could have looked past almost all of the above. But the lack of responses/responses that didn't actually reply to the questions I asked, combined with an ever-shifting window for service that ultimately culminated in an over 24-hour-long wait for nothing, was just too ridiculous.

    Just completed my Fitting session and Kevin was a pleasure to work with!…read more I only started playing for a little less than 2 years (never took lessons; ~27 handicap) and decided to finally get fitted. Kevin was very easy ongoing and never felt any pressure from him (even as I shanked shots). He was also able to give me some quick tips which increased my ball speed +10 MPH and distance +25 yard!! In the end I did leave feeling comfortable/confident that he put me in the the best clubs which fit my swing. I understood this is a higher end facility and I could've go elsewhere for a cheaper fitting, however I was more focused on fitting quality over price. I do feel I got 100% value for what I paid and would come back again in the future.

He made sure his coaching style FITS me for what I want to accomplish in golf. This is really important to me as I was losing faith in myself despite of taking lessons from numerous coaches. Also, UGP has helped me on improving my body strength for golf in the past two years as well. From my weekly workouts with Matt, I was able to become physically stronger and learn how to generate more power correctly in my swing for more distance. Lastly, the facility and staff at UGP are top notch. They are very professional and friendly at the same time. Always look forward to my weekly lesson at UGP!
