I was told it would be ready for pick up around July 6th, but it was ready a week early! I appreciated all the updates that were sent to me on the app from my estimator, Greg. I also knew I needed windshield wiper fluid...my car is what was making a weird noise when I turn so I thought maybe I needed power steering fluid. I went in I was helped very quickly and given solid answers to all my questions. I put a quart of oil in my car, my car took all of the windshield wiper fluid, and my power steering fluid was literally dry... I am so glad I stopped in and I fixed three problems in my car for under 30 bucks I felt like such a champ when I left! My poor car was driving me around needing all these things...I fixed her today! Save money on going to a mechanic and do it yourself! The guys at O'Reilly's were super helpful me out and saved me 15 bucks by offering me a product that was the same just less expensive...thank you!

Oh wow -- O'Reilly Auto Parts in Santa Monica saved me serious time and money…read more I needed a battery replacement for my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. A local shop quoted me over $677 (installed) for an Optima Red Top 35 AGM - Start/Stop battery (and the dealership was about the same for their Subaru private label). O'Reilly sold me the same battery for $280 plus tax ($314) -- and installed it for FREE (e.g., for simple, straightforward installs like mine). That's a savings of $228 on the battery and $100 on installation. Chris handled the install and he was great -- fast, careful, and clearly knew what he was doing. I tried to tip him and he politely refused, which says a lot about him. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in-store was helpful and friendly. They did get a couple small details slightly off (the warranty length and the price was about $20 higher than quoted), but in the end I still paid far less than anywhere else and got excellent service! Highly recommend this location if you need a battery or honest, no-nonsense help.

A staff member who appeared to be the manager first said we weren't dressed up; when we explained we'd been told to come in after signing in, the response shifted to "we don't have enough" and "it's only for kids." The candy wasn't the issue--the inconsistent answers and dismissive tone in front of my team were. People may forget words, but they remember how you make them feel. As someone who has purchased three Porsches and two Ferraris in the U.S., I expected better from a brand I believe in. I support Tesla and Elon's mission, which is why I'm sharing this: clear, consistent communication and a courteous, empathetic approach would have turned this into a positive moment. Everyone at this location was super helpful and friendly, both in person and in making reservations to come in. Really fast and easy process to take one for a test drive! Did some driving around and fell in love with that acceleration. An even quicker process to pay the deposit and my order in for the car. Tesla rarely has deals so I got very lucky when some popped up in December. I'm obsessed with my Tesla and the staff at this location made that happen for me!
