We recently discovered we have a rat/mouse problem. We tried handling it ourselves by setting traps but we weren't getting rid of the problem. We hired another company initially but their service did not work. We then called two others companies for quotes. Both companies inspected the attic and quoted us astronomical prices. They were also a bit dishonest about what was required, trying to sell us on replacing all of our insulation in the attic unnecessarily. We decided to call Evict Pest Management. They are a new company so we were a little hesitant at first but we thought it was worth a try. They came and inspected the attic and gave us a quote. They explained that we did not need to replace the insulation, that it was fine. Instead, they explained they just needed to seal the house completely to get rid of the problem. Their services were priced at a fraction of the cost of what the bigger companies wanted to charge. Based on their explanation, we decided to go with their services. They sealed our entire house, every inch, to make sure rodents could not enter. They also set traps to catch any remaining that were in the house. We had very tough spots to reach but they made sure they found every inch needed to be to sealed. They were professional, honest and hard-working. Since they came, there have been no further issues with rodents and I can finally sleep at night! We are extremely thankful we found this company and highly recommend them! Amazingly effective, money well spent. Non-nonsense professionals. For years, we were constantly terrorized by Ant attacks. Water bugs were always scurrying in our bathroom and kitchen as well.
