They tapped into the trucks main wiring harness instead of using the factory designated harness that is already attacked to the trucks 4 aux switches. They even tapped into my trailer brake lights ? They are either incompetent, stupid, or attempting to incur future service on the truck are the conclusions the new installer came to. Do not take your vehicle here. They don't know what they are doing and will cause unrelated damage to your vehicle because of it. After the poor experience I had here I didn't even attempt to have them fix it for free. I would rather pay someone else to do it right than let these hacks touch my vehicle.
