The only issue I had was that I booked online, but never got any confirmation. I assumed they hadn't accepted the reservation, then on the day I chose the service, I get a text message that says "confirming your appointment for 5pm today". I was confused because, like I said, I thought it was never accepted. Anyway, thankfully I hadn't scheduled anything else so I said okay. I asked if they accepted cards for payment and they said yes, but after the service, I was told I have to contact "the boss" and get an invoice sent to me in order to pay with a card. The service - Earnest did an awesome job on my mom's car! He called to let me know he was on the way and showed up ahead of time! :) He was very professional and worked quickly! My mom's car looks great, especially the interior (got carpets shampooed). Would recommend using them; they should just work on the logistics of payment and confirming with their customers ahead of time. read more

The gentlemen that came were early, friendly, and efficient. My van looked amazing. I ordered the Interior Plus Package. They were able to remove all stains (even on the headboard) and cleaned every nook and cranny. The outside wash was good. I will use them in the future and recommend them for your car cleaning needs. read more

I needed someone last minute and within one hour-These guys swarmed in a made the old truck look like new. They were friendly, hardworking and didn't try to squeeze me for more money like most do! Wow! These two men (I completely forget there names and I apologize!) who came out did an amazing job cleaning my SUV! They were kind and so very helpful. I had a terrible mess/stain between my console and seat. I could not reach to clean this myself. They were able to! And it looks brand new! My whole car looks amazing! They came out to my job and cleaned my truck and did not do a good job finger prints all over the windows and the door jams was never cleaned in between the seats never vacuum the back latch never touched I wasted My money I could have did what they did myself would not recommend them Lesson learned read more

5 STAR COMPANY !!! I had an emergency and they were able to come out that same day !!! Even came back the next day to touch up a few things with that needed to done again. I used this service on last wednesday with an 11am appt time of arrival. Needless to say they called me and told me they were outside at 939am. I am happy I was here otherwise we would have missed each other. 40 min later they were finished detailing my car which included a hand wax. I was amazed at how fast given details normally take at least 2 hours with 2 people. Okay so they finished and the workers then proceeded to.ask me for bottled water and then gave me a price that was $10 higher then what was quoted me so he called Joseph and had him to resend another invoice with the corrected amount. They left. 4 hours later out of no where is a bad rain pour that came into the city. I texted the guy who performed my detail to ask about rain check within the same day as most companies have that, no answer. The next day I called the office and left Joseph the same message regarding the rain check which normally stipulates a free wash if it rains within 48hours. Additionally, I would have brought the car to them to conduct service. To no avail have I heard from Joseph as well. Needless to say I won't use this company again as they appear to be about the money and not service and they did an average job and I had to advise them to go over some areas and just not worth the $130 I paid without rain check but who knows if they have it or not as my text nor call was ever returned. I wouldn't use their service nor would I recommend them to anyone as well. read more
