My sessions are 30 minutes long but the results exceed those of my former hour long sessions with other trainers/gyms. The cardio machines are brand new and really nice. The actual place itself is very clean. I feel totally comfortable showering in the locker room and they have everything you need- towels, body wash, lotion, razors, etc. The outdoor pool is really pretty and nice to relax at after a workout. Staff is super nice and helpful. I have yet to buy any food from the cafe but it looks good. Definitely some good options if you're in a bind or spending a long time there. I especially love the room on the left side when you first walk in. There's a record sign up there. I like to record workout content every now and then, and that space is perfect for it. I also really like the graffiti-style art on the walls. The only downside is that it's always pretty packed whenever I go, which can be a bit uncomfortable at times, but it is what it is. The staff could work on their customer service, as they're not always the friendliest, but I've dealt with worse.

To exacerbate the situation, one his older white coworkers (Lee?) told me that he would beat him up if he ever barked at me again. Instead of an apology, I got another clown trying to punk me. I then saw them both talking so I approached them to have a professional conversation. This time the white employee ran off with his tail between his legs and the tall African American employee told me, "don't come at me." Instead of having a professional conversation, he also ran bravely away. BTW, I'm 5'7" and 160 lbs. This gentleman is 6'4" and at least 200 lbs. There was always a 4:30 class whether it was yoga, cycling, or sculpting. One of the reasons I hesitated about coming back was that they trimmed the class schedule and there are no more 4:30 classes. I find myself going in the morning which is a totally different crowd. The classes and the instructors are good. It takes a lot to keep 20+ people engaged for over an hour. It's not an easy and I give them a lot of credit. The gym is big, and they keep it clean. So far it's fun to be back.

The heat was just perfect and I was sweating like I was literally in the shower! That's my goal though when I go to a hot yoga class. I want to sweat and detox and feel hot! The studio itself is really pretty with lots of fun things to shop for. They have cubbies, with a few that lock, which I really appriated as I will never leave my purse unattended. Their restrooms were clean. The low, colored lighting in the yoga room really sets a mood and I love that they have a mirror so alignment can always be considered. The front desk was so welcoming and even said goodbye by name as I left. I am so excited to have found this studio. Its also in an awesome shopping center with a ton of restaurants and retail shops! You can definite make a few hours of yoga, food and shopping.
