Greg and Jason - the owners of the Evolve office on E74 are well experienced PTs. They are attentive and cater to my needs and requests. For example, they work with me in scheduling routine appointments around my work and school schedule. When my schedule changed and needed to reschedule, the team worked with me to reschedule. Additionally, the physical plan was revised according to my condition at the time. Katie (DPT)- she is the best! Positive, motivating, and knowledgeable. She took care of me during my 8-month recovery. Jillian (DPT) - she is knowledgeable and gifted. It was a pleasure working with her. David - he provided practical tips to help with balance my daily routine and work. Lynn, Brianna and others- they are wonderful and bring peace and harmony to the practice. Evolve was fantastic. I spent several months rehabbing Achilles tendinopathy with Olayi Oyekanmi. Olayi was a great physical therapist and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. What I appreciated most was their attention to detail and their commitment to their patients. I saw significant improvement in my achilles over the time that I spent there. After a bad fall, I was referred to Greg Babiec at Evolve to help me recover mobility. The first sessions I had with him needed to be remote, since we were in the height of the Covid lockdown. He worked with me twice a week, starting with things as simple as sitting down and getting up from a chair. I did all the exercises that Greg prescribed, several times a day, and soon was walking a little in my building hallway with a cane. Fast forward 10 weeks, I still have lots of discomfort from the actual injury, but I have regained an enormous amount of mobility. Before I fell, I regularly walked 10 miles or more on "urban hikes." Greg developed a walking program for me to get back my endurance; now I can walk 3 miles again, and we are building on that, working on as full a recovery as possible. I'm aiming for 10 miles by October! This has been the most effective and personalized medical care I can imagine. The offices are sparkling clean and spacious. I have been going to Evolve since last October to treat issues related to a spine injury I sustained in a car accident in November 2017. I have been to other physical therapists since the accident but none are so personal and caring. I see Jim every Saturday and he truly eases my pain. I can't say enough good things about him. All of the staff are very professional and listen to your problems in order to find an appropriate solution. Plus, they play great music. Best therapists you can find! I was extremely lucky to find Greg after a shoulder surgery and he made my (long) recovery process a lot easier. He helped me restore my range of motion, while being very thoughtful with everything he did. Our bodies are different from one another. and it takes a very good therapist to adjust methods that work for your body, and the way it is structured. This is Greg. He is the most thoughtful physical therapist you can find! Even when I was doing home exercises, and had questions - he will always answer my email to help me. Along the way I got a different injury, and of course that I chose to stay with Evolve. I am a skateboarder who has been looking for rehabilitation and strengthening for my various untreated injuries. Greg was super knowledgeable and willing to work with me. He seemed to care deeply about everything I mentioned regarding my concerns and tailored the experience to fit my needs perfectly. My appointment did not feel like a general instructional video, but a conversational lesson. He even sent me home with some resources and an instructional sheet to remind me of everything we practiced. Went for one sided pain from ankle to knee to hip and they worked every part. Successfully. I can't say enough good things about Evolve. I primarily worked with Jillian and Jason, and saw Katie a couple of times for a hip flexor injury and shoulder issues. These guys really know their stuff -- everyone has great general knowledge, and then their own specialties. Jason has his Titleist certification for golf-specific PT and a particular interest in baseball mechanics; Katie creates running-specific programs for patients. There's a lot of import placed on continuing education here, both in terms of keeping up with current research and attending clinics, conferences, and seminars. It shows. Whenever you're introduced to a new exercise or a manual mobilization, they make sure to explain what's going on and why. I've never had an instance where I've asked a follow-up question and not had it satisfactorily answered in depth. When I first came to the clinic, I had difficulty moving around without pain. I had a pronounced limp and could not easily get up and down stairs. Jillian sorted me out -- after a few months, we've closed my case file and I'm back to running and boxing. Jason helped me identify and fix instabilities in both my shoulders after a preventative screening, and restored full mobility to my right shoulder (for years, I didn't have full range of motion and could not reach my arm up behind my back without pain). If ever I have another injury, Evolve is the first place I'd go. read more

I got into a car accident in the fall of 2014 and was receiving treatment at a separate facility by the advice of an attorney. After 4 months of treatment several times a week, I found that my symptoms hadn't improved. The therapists there told me it must have been something I was doing because the specific spinal injury I had "should've been completely healed within 3 months". Upon hearing that, I realized the treatment was probably inadequate so I was referred to Evolve Physical Therapy. Upon my arrival, I was treated with the utmost respect and one of the physical therapists there, Greg, did a very thorough evaluation on me, unlike anything I received at the prior facility. He immediately pinpointed the issue and was very hands on with the bulging/herniated disks in my lumbar spine. After about 2-3 treatments a week for a month, most of my pain was alleviated. The thoroughness and expertise Evolve practices with each patient is extraordinary and I'm very thankful that I came to them. The cookie cutter therapy most physical therapy offices offer their patients just doesn't work for everyone and Evolve knows that. They use state of the art equipment and they gave me whatever instruments I needed to do my exercises at home. They are high quality, highly experienced, very motivated therapists there that actually care about their patients. I LOVE THEM!! read more

Some places give a mediocre speed you through the movements and out the door approach, but at Evolve I've received the best treatment and had the best results. For six months, I was in pain from a muscle spasm in my neck. I had headaches, neckaches, shoulder aches. I couldn't sleep much and would wake up feeling lousy. I had trigger point shots for three months from my regular doctor (they just hurt a lot, and didn't help). I had many expensive massages. I did steams, saunas, tried YouTube stretches, everything. I stopped doing yoga and my regular exercise. Then I happened to meet Greg by chance. He suggested I make an appointment. I was skeptical, even cynical, that he could help me, but I thought, "What choice do I have? May as well." My insurance happened to cover a limited number of sessions anyway (and Evolve would submit for me). From the first time I called, I felt I was in professional hands and the staff was so nice. I started working with Greg twice a week and five weeks later I am almost completely pain free and feeling terrific again. Greg is truly invested in his patients' success, skilled, knowledgeable, and committed. He did not treat the symptoms; he treated the actual origins of the problem. That's what worked.
