Caitlin (Benge) did such a great job on my blonde highlights. I am so glad to have found her! I love that you can just book online through Yelp and see prices there for each service. Not a lot of salons have such an easy set-up for scheduling. The salon is clean, quiet, and has been newly remodeled. Caitlin assessed my hair right away and was great at maximizing the time to foil and brighten my thick, ash blonde hair, and overgrown roots. She is super friendly and made the experience a lovely 3 hour retreat. You can tell she is a master of hair (blonde especially), and gave me a blowout that was more relaxing than any I have had before. Usually I don't have the patience to sit for so long, but she really made the final look worth it. I left feeling completely transformed. I still like this place but my extensions continue to fall out. Once it happened the day after my appointment. I love how they look and she fixed them and they are staying in (so far) but I know it isn't normal for extensions to fall out and I didn't do anything that might have caused it at least not the last time Update- since I got the additional security beads my hair has stayed in place. I think that depending on the texture and thickness of your hair some people (like me ) may require additional security beads. I am updating again to 5 stars because my overall experience at this salon has been positive and I am no longer having the issues with the extensions coming loose. read more

I had an old balayage that needed refreshing so I booked a partial blonding with Caitlin. They have some different options on the website vs online booking so it was a little tough to figure out which service I needed. I tried to call and got a text response, so texting with that person was helpful. Caitlin was just a delightful person but also a true master of her craft. I booked an appointment for a Baliage thru her IG (Krista.Elizabeth.hair) I'm not really familiar with the Los Gatos area but the salon itself wasn't hard to find. You what was? Parking.
