I first saw Dr. Clayton over six years ago for persistent lower back pain that had reached a 7 or 8 out of 10. Beyond the adjustment itself, he spent time understanding my lifestyle, exercise habits, and movement patterns. He gave me exercises to strengthen areas where I had deficits, but what impressed me most was that he identified the true source of my pain: I wasn't breathing correctly. He taught me how to breathe into my diaphragm, which improved my core stability, reduced the load on my lower back, and ultimately eliminated my pain.
