Super friendly staff and always answer any of my questions related to my Invisalign journey

Very poor communication from staff in general. I have to push and prod and ask a lot of questions to find out what's going on with my daughters care here. Once they walked us to a other part of the office and then started getting ready to take an x ray without telling us that's what they were doing. When my daughter first got her Invisalign, all but like 1 of the anchors fell off within two days. I called and they were closed, called the emergency mailbox and it was full. They told us she needed a tooth removed, then sent a referral to the dentist to pull 2 tooth without ever telling us that she needed two tooth pulled. Lady I talked to on the phone was very very defensive when I asked how that happened. Seemed like her reply was rehearsed and gave me the impression maybe they deal with that a lot. She also cut me off while I was talking many times, wouldn't let me finish a sentence, and was trying to find a way to make everything my fault whenever I talked to her. You know how when people give one star reviews and they say I wish I could have given zero stars? Well I wish I could have given 100 stars! This is a follow up review since our initial consultation. Months later and everything is still so amazing! Today we had the pleasure of seeing Kelly who is absolutely amazing! She answered all my question and was a ball of enthusiastic fun! On our way out the office the gorgeous Robin booked us another appointment. She remembered us after all these months of not seeing us because she worked another location and that was thee best feeling ever! Did I mention she's gorgeous! Awesome staff and service My sister recommended Dr. Walters to me because one of her children had his braces done from this orthodontist and she was happy with how the treatment was going. I knew my daughter will need braces and I came to Dr. Walters for a consultation because I needed a second opinion from the dental place (who also does orthodontic service) that my daughter currently goes to. Dr. Walters assessed the crowding situation my daughter currently is experiencing. X-rays, diagnosis, and consultation was performed. Dr. Walters and his staff were professional and friendly and we both felt comfortable from our consultation. Although I live in Roseville, this is where I want my daughter to get her treatment. My daughter is now half way through her orthodontist treatment by Dr. Evrigenis. My son completed his treatment with Dr. Evirgenis about two years ago and I made a very positive review for Dr. Evrigenis Office about two years ago. I am reiterating through this review the outstanding service that Dr. Evirgenis and his staff are providing to my children. Dr. Evirgenis is likely one of a kind in the Sacramento region if not in Northern California. His expertise is remarkable with no room to errors and has amazing support staff who never left us, even for one single occasion, with any doubt of the commitment they have to provide us with the very best interaction and service. When my son had his treatment, we used to go to the east Sacramento office, but now we are using the Natomas office since it is very close to my home. Although the East Sacramento office looks more luxurious than the Natomas office, both offices are serviced by Dr. Evirgenis himself and have same quality and amazing staff. I have been going to Dr. Walters for years and the staff has been amazing. Not only are they super understanding but they work with you with payments and scheduling so that you don't stress at all. I've always loved the staff and how warm and welcoming they are, they know me on a first name basis and they make me feel like I'm someone important instead of just a patient of theirs. What really put the icing on the cake for me for sure and I'm forever grateful is my appointment today. I had an appointment today and couldn't find a babysitter for my 10 month old so I brought her with me. The staff was so kind as always but when my daughter got upset and started to scream her head off everyone was so helpful in trying to calm her! Between two kids needing braces, I have spent a lot of time with Dr. Walters and the team. I have to say that everyone is very respectful and professional and there are smiles everywhere (fun pun). I recommend this place to everyone who needs orthodontics and have always been very happy as the dad who gets the bill--or as happy as you can be paying for braces. I think Dr Walters keeps his prices low to help the community but also because he simply loves what he does and came back out of retirement because he missed his work and is passionate about it. read more

My daughter had braces twice.... once when she was 8 with another orthodontist and now at 15 & 16 years old. The first time was medical reasons, not cosmetic. So this time around I was paying again out of pocket, thousands of dollars. I got several appointment with various ortho offices and scheduled consults prior to choosing Dr. Walters. It was not the price, but the staff as well, for my reasoning to choose Dr. Walters. She has had braces now for some time and the staff has been great. The dr's too are very caring and explain to me the next step on my daughter's progress. It is sometimes hard to get an appointment though, that is my only frustration. It seem like they used to be open 4 or 5 days a week and now it is only a few days they are open. We are almost over with the braces, so it is not a problem. The parking and ease of getting to the office is convenient too for folks living in Natomas or North Sac area. read more

This office is amazing! I would rate this office 10 out of 10 stars. I just had my braces removed and I have been extremely happy with the entire experience. Dr. Walters and his staff are awesome and take pride in their work. They are super professional, friendly and they make sure each appointment is comfortable to my satisfaction. Read the yelp reviews and chose this as my new orthodontist. I had braces when I was a kid but needed to get back into wearing retainers so my teeth would not move any more (25 years later.) Office is clean and super convenient for me. They tend to run behind on scheduled appointments by about 15 mins. Kind of sucks! But the staff is helpful and nice. The orthodontist himself is a soft spoken gentle man. Very helpful and conscious of how things might feel. I like them and continue to get my ortho work done here. I didn't even visit this orthodontist as they don't cover the dental procedures I need, but whoever I talked today on the phone 3.04.15 was SO polite and plesent I had to give her a shoutout. Most of the offices I've been talking to they cut me short and get off the phone as soon as they can and she was just so nice, pleasant, and patient. read more

Very clean office and friendly staff. Love the option that you can get colored ties, which not all orthodontists offer. I have had my braces for more than two years and definitely think that it was worth it! A little dissapointed that it wasn't my estimated treatment time for two years as expected. The two front receptionists are always looking pissed and hardly crack a smile. Don't you just hate ppl like that? When they are supposed to be there during office hours and are away and when you leave a message, they take hours to call back.
