front office lady very rude her name is CRISTAL . in the beginnning they were very friendly because they were ready for us to sign that contract and get money. if you are thinking of visiting this place please please THINK TWICE. the doctor EVRIGENIS will always makes you feel very uncomfortable he would make comments sometimes that made my son uncomfortable even some of the assistants there as well. just to get through to them on the phone is impossible I had been trying to call for the past two weeks to get my sons records finally got through to them today and mid sentence CRYSTAL FRONT OFFICE LADY JUST HUNG UP on me mid sentence mind you they got about 8000 dollars out of me and didn't finish my sons treatment. when I heard her voice I already knew who It was and I nicely asked may i please speak to someone else your not very nice or easy to communicate with and she said no I'm the only one here she lied after she hung up I called back a Patricia girl answered and apologized for her actions. to be so honest when my son would go in for treatment it took them less then 10 min never communicated with me where we were at with treatment. my son would come out upset sometimes because the assistants there and the DOCTOR would make comments about him that made him uncomfortable. I truly believe there is some sort of racism going on or something because the last time we were there they treated us very poorly I even asked the doctor is it our race what is it ? and he just laughed at my son and I and walked away. very unprofessional. I'm not the first person that has been treated this way if you go through there reviews there is plenty of people that mention the front office person CRYSTAL AND THE DOCTOR EVRIGENIS. please please be careful visiting this place the doctor is a creep look out for your kids yourself & CRYSTAL THE FRONT OFFICE LADY SHE IS THE WORST. I came to Dr. Evrigenis after Holt Orthodontics messed up my teeth and did not give me proper instructions on how to use my retainer. You get what you pay for with Dr. Evrigenis. I got Invisalign and I finally no longer have a gap between my two front teeth. Thankfully, a permanent retainer was put behind my two front teeth and is keeping my gap from opening. Holt orthodontics never even offered a permanent retainer which cause my two front teeth to have a huge gap by the end of each day (was very painful). I went to Dr. E. for Invisalign. To begin, my teeth were a horrible mess coupled by failed previous orthodontics and massive bone loss causing my gums to recede worse than that of a 90 year old grandma. I had unstable teeth that actually were loose on the bottom from lack of a foundation or bone. In summary, I was challenging. Dr. E. approached my case in having my best aesthetics and anatomy in mind. He made professional referrals to assist his decision-making process and listened to their advice. He was honest with his projections, timely, and always addressed my concerns. Today, I had a question about my treatment and they got me right in for a follow up. Marie is amazing at being proactive at booking my appointments but went above and beyond today by accommodating me at the last minute. She and all the staff greet me with smiles, stay on time, and always know my case. There is ample parking by this beautiful office located in the Pavilions shopping center. I cannot recommend Dr. E enough! He is such a wonderful person, and proved to me that he really is a fantastic orthodontist. After months of talking myself up to it, I finally went in for an adult ortho appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at how much orthodontics have advanced since I was in high school, and excited about the technology Dr. E's office uses to ensure the most effective ortho treatment. A most gracious individual, Alorin, toured me around the office, answered all my (sometimes silly) questions, and truly made me feel like I was going to be well taken care of throughout my time in braces. She is a rare type of person, one you don't find very often, and one that immediately makes you feel like you have known her for years. I started my treatment at this establishment a couple years ago, and unfortunately I didn't get to finish due to some financial burdens. Today I picked up the phone and was welcomed by Marie! She has been there since day 1 for me, and after a short phone call made me feel like I never left. I vented to her about why I had to stop treatment and without judgement she completely understood. If you want an orthodontist, Dr. Evrigenis is one of the best, but if you want a family too this is the place for you. I have never felt like a customer here but always one of their own. Very welcoming and sweet! I am happy to return for my first appointment and get the ball rolling on my Invisalign treatment. I called in to simply ask if they offer teeth whitening. The receptionist, Marie, was extremely rude and condescending and said to me in a rude tone that the doctor is an orthodontist. She could have had a better approach to it. I would expect more out of a receptionist who works here. read more

I consider this place not very honest. After visiting couple of orthodontists in the area, I chose to go with this office because they proposed only one extraction unlike the others that wanted 2 or 3 extractions. After the initial consultation I went in for impressions and that's when they took my first payment( we agreed on 19 payments with no interest). On my next visit they were supposed to put braces on but then I got a phone call from Marie saying that Dr Evrigenis needed to see me again. So I went and he told me that treatment plan had changed and that he will need to extract 3 teeth plus 2 molars. I was taken by surprise by this huge discrepancy and left the office speechless. I did not want to lose so many teeth, which was the main reason I had chosen them to begin with so I called next day and I told them I needed some time to get a second opinion. Marie told me I could take few weeks to research so I did. After few weeks I called and told them I was not going to go with them and requested my refund, as I found an excellent orthodontist that offered a no extraction plan! She immediately changed her normally nice voice and said she needed to talk to the billing department and review some papers. 2 weeks later there's no phone call so I called in and Marie refused to refund the first payment. I think is very unfair to charge money offering a treatment plan that will be changed after money is in their hands. Any payment agreement was made under the 1 extraction treatment plan not 5!!! I would not recommend this place at all. read more

The Dr. ignored my reason for seeking treatment. I told him of my desire to reverse as best as possible my desire for a reversal of an earlier orthodontic treatment that removed 4 teeth and left my teeth and mouth unattractively flat. He did so to a degree then said that he wanted to "relax" my upper arch down. When he removed my braces I complained that my mouth was no better off than before, and he replied that I had a good alignment of my teeth, which I never had a problem to begin with. He seemed arrogant and completely lacking in care for my satisfaction of his treatment. He seemed uninterested in my lack of satisfaction. read more
