I took it back to them thinking that they would probably cover it or take something off when I got ready to pick it up. It was supposed to be two weeks and ended up being one month - they charge me $165 to change the carburetor again the carburetor was only about 30 bucks. They charge me over $130 in labor and parts. You would think that they would not charge me as much labor being that it hasn't even been a year since the carburetor was changed last time. Don't waste your time. My mistake, dropping it off to them a second time and I will never go back to them again. I had to insist they give me at least a 30 warranty in which they wrote in.

I have a GMC 3/4 ton truck, it required the rear springs replaced due to bushing wear and…read morecorrosion. the new springs were purchased and sent to IME along new bolts for brackets and U-bolts. don't have anything negative to say about the repair it is straight forward swap plus it required the fuel tank dropped on the driver side to remove bolt from the rear spring bracket. i called ahead of time and asked the labor rate and they said $85 per hour. Let's say it took 8hrs, that's $680. I was charged $1200. 00 and paid cash Price. at this point I feel a lot of taken advantage! since Billy Jr. was gone I was going to speak to him about my experience. More to come
