I am about sue the company when they went chapter 11 in August 2024. This allows the company to downsize to 90 out of 300 stores. But also, not pay their creditors and screw all customers out of warranty. The company will still be the same after chapter 11, my advice, stay will clear of this company. But my good faith in Kevin and the others allowed me to take a second look and agree to their ideas and by golly, it worked. The shut off valves I needed in place would truly work. Prices are comparable to HD and overall it's just a nicer more personal experience here. The screens the owner worked on for us turned out really nicely with a snap fit. It's worth checking into before you have them custom made for a small fortune.
