    Amazing appliance repair company!…read more They do exactly what they promise. We had a problem with our newly out of warranty Whirlpool stoce: the door hinge was stuck. They gave us a date and 2 hour window for their repair guy to come by, and he called us when he was 30 minutes away. The part needed to be ordered so he gave us the exact amount to get it installed. We only paid for his time and 2 weeks later the stove was fixed. Prompt, accurate and honest, does it get any better?

    The owner (as he announced himeslf to me) made the service call for my stove himself (a couple few…read morelate expected to say the least). He was very nice and respectful when he finally showed up. However, the service was never rendered. It was fine because he said he that he would reach out to someone the could provide the service that was needed (and this didn't materialized either because I never heard from this so-called different repairman.) I can't fault "Americare Appliance Reair" for that (I don't think?) What I can fault is him for allowing me to pay him to simply reverse my dryer door (while he was already at my place.) A task that seemed quite simple to do, it although also seemed to stumped is personal abilities. After awhile he said that he needed to get a different bracket from his shop and that he would be by my place early in the morning to finish the job. He answered one phone call from me in the morning but never showed up to finish reversing the door (while he left all of the parts scattered about.) He would not answer or returned any more calls (not even before I submitted the review.) I sent several (friendly) courteous messages (during this time) but to no avail. I waited numerous weeks before submitting my review of this small business owner (to give him the "benefit of the doubt" to make himself whole.) I finally realized the he didn't know what he was doing when I googled my dryer's model number (and watched the video on YouTube. Everything that he needed to do for the job was actually provided on the dryer. He didn't need to get a different bracket at all. He just didn't he know what he was doing for all intents and purposes. I watched the video and troubleshooted the rest for myself. He really should feel bad and should mail my money back to me? I sure he that understands that is was wrong and that you all dailed into these reviews... good luck to you all.

What should have been a straightforward and professional process turned into an extremely frustrating situation due to the complete lack of communication from your team. I expected clear updates regarding my delivery, yet I was left without any meaningful communication about the timing, status, or any potential delays. As a paying customer, it is unreasonable to be left guessing about something as important as a scheduled delivery. Your customers deserve transparency, timely updates, and respect for their time. The absence of communication reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer service. When customers invest their money in your products, they should not also have to deal with unnecessary stress and uncertainty simply trying to receive what they paid for. I expect a prompt response addressing this issue, along with an explanation for the breakdown in communication and what steps will be taken to ensure that other customers are not subjected to the same experience. Additionally, I would appreciate consideration for compensation or some form of goodwill for the inconvenience this situation has caused.     Horrible Customer Service! Ordered a fridge to be delivered day before Thanksgiving. Never heard…read moredoorbell or knock when delivery truck pulled up. Called and asked if they could please have them deliver it again. They said absolutely no way!! I was forced to give them a star it's definitely 0 stars. Our text for delivery time also said between 9:30 to 11:30 am. They showed up at 8:30am

    The store looks like it's a newly refaced or a new build out. I'm so used to the big balls at the…read morefront of the entrance being red, these are the same colors of the building. Doesn't look like the usual Red target that I'm used to. I stopped by to look for several items for our store. A small space microwave, toaster oven, trivet, oven mitts and pads, utensil caddy, tongs, spatula, 3M hooks for hanging items in the kitchen and break room area on the wall and whatever other items I could think of that might be good for our break. I wanted the Black and Decker microwave, but they had none, so I ended up with the Kenmore instead. Although I wasn't able to find the coffee maker pad, I was looking for or the utensil caddy. I'm hoping I can improvise with other items instead. $260 later. I got just about everything on my buy list.

    Today I flew in from Tampa to Michigan in extremely cold weather. I was rushing to prepare for a…read more3:00 PM professional event and realized I had accidentally left my cell phone charger at home. I arrived at Walmart around 2:46 PM, quickly grabbed a phone charger, and stood in line at the electronics register behind another customer. After waiting in line patiently, the cashier waited until it was finally my turn to inform me, "Oh, you can take that up front. He just had something locked." This meant I had to walk all the way to the front of the store again and check out there, which defeated the purpose of waiting in the electronics line. The issue isn't the direction to pay upfront -- it's the lack of proactive communication and customer consideration. If the cashier had simply informed me before I waited, I could have avoided unnecessary delay while already pressed for time. Customer service means being clear, helpful, and considerate. A simple statement like, "you can pay for that up front so you don't have to wait here," would have saved time and shown professionalism and courtesy. I am submitting this because I believe customer service training in awareness and communication would greatly improve customer experience. I wasn't asking for convenience, just basic courtesy.
