I've called about 5 or 6 times now, and it's always a long long wait before anyone picks up. Last time, someone answered, but she's talking to someone in front of her, who's arguing about something he bought. No matter how many times you say hello, she can't be bothered to attend to the customer on the phone which she, for some unknown reason, answered, even though she wasn't ready to speak to the customer. Why on earth would you answer the phone if you're still talking to someone else? The other day i was put on hold forever. It was obvious nobody was going to pick up so i finally hung up and called back. Then the same thing happened when that employee transferred me to appliances.
