    I like going here for car repairs. They have snacks for the guest, an area for the children and they are usually able to fit me in even if I didn't book an appointment.

He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues. I reached out to Carmon and he explained what was happening and helped my family get home safely. Furthermore, he then educated us on how to prevent it in the future. His knowledge is wide-ranging but more than that he is happy to educate his clients which is invaluable. Lastly, he is so kind he always puts us at ease (my husband and I have talked about we want to have dinner with him and his wife - we like him so much!) which is such a blessing if you're stressed about a car issue or budget.  Thank you Carmon!!!!

When I came by Xpress Automotive, Carmon is very considerate and professional. Also, my friend brought his own parts and Carmon, put it on at a reasonable price....he also was kind enough to replace a hose at no charge. I have saved his information in my phone for any vehicle repairs in the future. As a woman, it is hard to find someone that is honest. Carmon you are much appreciated.

    I brought my 2016 Volkswagen Passat to Driver's Edge because another shop had identified a front…read moresuspension issue and advised that it might require a subframe adjustment or suspension component replacement. I wanted the underlying problem diagnosed and repaired--not just another alignment. Driver's Edge inspected the vehicle and confirmed that both lower control arm bushings were worn, but also recommended a subframe adjustment and alignment. I relied on their professional recommendation and was charged $364, including $205 for subframe labor. After the work was completed, I was informed that the lower control arms still needed replacement. When I later questioned the charges, I was told that the final -1.3° left front camber was within Volkswagen's acceptable specification. I appreciate that explanation, but I still don't understand what measurable benefit the additional $205 subframe adjustment provided, especially since the worn suspension components still required repair afterward. I contacted Sun Auto Customer Care, and they escalated my concern and invited me to bring the vehicle back for another review, which I appreciate. However, I am still looking for a clear technical explanation of why the subframe adjustment was recommended before addressing the worn control arm bushings. The staff was courteous, and I appreciate that they identified the worn control arms. My disappointment is with the recommendation and value of the additional work, not with their professionalism. I hope the company reviews this matter and provides a fair resolution.

    Excellent experience! My 2003 Acura TL, S-model was completely dead on July 4th (of all days!) when…read moreI came out to start it around 5:30 PM. Had to call Roadside Assistance to jump it so I could get to O'Reilly's Auto Parts for a new battery before they closed. They said it was the alternator not the battery. Contacted DFW Mobile Repair and Hamm responded immediately with a price quote to fix it. Set up the appointment for mid-afternoon the next day, July 5th (Sunday, on a holiday weekend). Hamm was certainly knowledgeable, and after testing, said it was BOTH the battery and alternator. He replaced the alternator (which he had brought, having had my prior information as to car and model) and then drove to O'Reilly's nearby for a replacement battery which he then installed. In short, Hamm was responsive, capable, courteous and efficient. DFW saved the day (although I lost most of the holiday weekend with the problem!). Pricing wasn't cheap but was competitive I'd say. Give DFW a shot. Their customer service and mechanical work was outstanding. They also have a shop in addition to their mobile repair service. I will certainly consider them for all my future work!
