These people are the kindest and nicest people! I am disabled and it is very difficult for me to get in and out of the car, pull my walker out and walk into a store without a lot of pain. When I pulled in front of the store one of their clerks was standing with a customer with his trunk opened. Before I got out of the car I wanted to know if they could check my car because the engine light was on, so I waited until he was about to go back into the store before I interrupted him. I really just wanted to make sure they could do it because I had stopped at another place they said they didn't have the device, that someone stole it. Anyway, the young man went into the store and sent another very kind man out to check my car, then he went in and printed out the read out of the diagnostic. I was really struggling today and this was such a blessing for me not to have to get out my walker, maneuver it up the curb and go inside the store. Young lady behind the counter with short hair, extremely unprofessional followed me outside to call me a pussy because I told her that she had got my part wrong and it shouldn't have been that hard continues to yell at me across the parking lot "fucking pussy, fucking pussy, fucking pussy" I will be I have it on video extremely unprofessional extremely uncalled for I do business at this store and will no longer be doing business with period!! read more

I would like to thank the gentleman that was at the counter (older guy couldn't get his name). He was very helpful assisting me and my sister when we arrived at the store. I bought windshield wipers today and the salesperson didn't offer to help install. I attempted to install them myself but they didn't seem to be the correct ones. I went back and the manager helped me. She installed all 3 wipers in a few minutes. She apologized for the inconvenience and now former employee. I was very satisfied with the service she provided. One of my front lights was out so I pulled in to purchase a new bulb. Gregory was super helpful and even went out to my car to see exactly what I needed because I honestly had no clue. He also gave some good recommendations for local Chinese food spots nearby. Overall, great customer service and will definitely be back when I need something else for my car. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would , this is definitely one of the dirtiest bathrooms I've been in , there's stains on the walls no trash bags ,plungers all over the place , dead bugs and there inspection list shows they have not been doing there job cleaning this restroom something that doesn't take y'all more than 15 minutes read more

Nice helpful guys who are knowledgable & answered my dumb questions with a smile! I saw one of the guys helping a guy jump his car in the parking lot, so that was nice to see. The area is a little run down, but that wasn't an issue because I was just running in and out. I would go there again if I need a part or a sunshade. read more

Walked into here after being sent here from a different store. This place was the nearest store in the area that had what I needed: a camshaft sensor. I get in there and give the guy the details of the vehicle and what I need. He punches it up and goes to look for it on the shelf. "Hmm.. the computer shows we have two, but there's nothing on the shelf. Hey, where would these parts be?" The other guy finishes helping his customer and comes over and looks at the shelf and looks over the other shelves in case they were misplaced. He doesn't find them either. Finally he walks to the end of the store where all the commercial orders are made and finds them. It was about 10 minutes longer than it should have taken, but I was glad that they had the part and I didn't have to keep scrambling to find another source. read more

Searching for a car battery at 9:15pm isn't the most calming experience. However upon calling and talking to assistant manager Kristen, she was so helpful and pleasant by confirming my battery was IN STOCK and confirming that her location was open until 10:00pm before finishing our phone conversation. Rushed right over to find she had already pulled the battery that I needed along with grease and felt. Signed me up for perks and pretty much got the extras for FREE. Can NOT speak more highly of such a Professional Manager with her knowledge of items, how to change the battery, to her keeping me calm during a stressful moment in time. This place has the best auto geeks i ever visited. Was in need of fixing my brake lights and the team@ oreilly eased me through(Mr.Zuch). Walked me to the exact bulbs I was looking for and flashy billing. I was offered with tips on installation and extended help to fix the bulbs too! Felt like extended family. I received Great Customer Service. I went in this location Not known what I really needed. The employee came outside to my vehicle, checked it and then loaned me tools so that I could fix the problem myself on the spot. They could have made me pay for my own tools but they didn't and that's what won me over. read more

Juan the O'Reilly guy is a top notch employee!! I went in to have my battery tested and came out with a new one replaced by Juan. He was very respectable and very helpful.
