Nice wash and fold laundry option in Midtown. While in town for work the hotel was charging $14 a shirt to wash, EX-O cleaners charged around $25 to wash, fold and Deliver 10lbs of laundry back to my hotel same day. Clothes were folded nicely and smelled great. read more

They do a phenomenal job dry cleaning. They removed a ton of oil and grease off the front of my favorite burgundy silk blouse. They also give you a nice bag for easy pick up and drop off. They are pricy though- I find 16 bucks for a dress excessive. I'll only be bringing them items that need expert cleaning; I'll send my other items elsewhere. read more

I have done business with this laundry servicing co multiple times but I am over giving them the benefit of a doubt for their poor telephone manners and subpar work. Unfortunately after staining numerous pieces of clothing; and being overly hostile towards me bringing it to their attention--I forgave it, and used them again. Big Mistake! They believe they are the best and only cleaners in NYC. They are the most unprofessional and disrespectful when addressing problems with pickup and clothing issues. They've since started to add to their receipt "We are not responsible for damaged, stain wash/fold." Really?! So they can damage your clothes without liability. On a pick up morning in which they failed to ring my door bell or call--they left from picking up altogether. Later screaming at me to find someone else and hanging up the phone when I questioned their unwritten and unspoken "policy," that laundry must be left downstairs with concierges. We all work too hard to deal with laundry servicing drama--I advise not chancing the disrespect. read more

I brought Dolce & Gabbana pants to this cleaner. They charged me $17 because the fabric was pleated. Ok, I understand, it's extra work, but one would hope for an adequate work. When I got the pants back, imagine my surprise , no pleats left! They charged me for taking care of pleats and ,as a result, they got rid of them altogether! And to add insult to injury, the man tells me that there were no pleats to begin with. Kafka. So what did you charged me for ? For non-existent pleats ? Not only did they ruin a very expensive item, they told me basically that they are not responsible for it and I should go home and leave them alone. Un-bloody-believable. So if you have to clean your expensive clothes that are dear to your heart, please stay away from this particular cleaner. They will ruin your clothes and they will not be held responsible for it. Oh, and the man is so rude! He is lying to your face and he is yelling doing that. STAY AWAY!!! read more

This cleaner had great reviews and some coworkers also like them. They might be great cleaners but don't use them for repair tailoring. I had a pair of flannel lined pants that needed repair. They gave me 2 options both included pulling back the flannel lining: 1. They would stitch the tear together which would be less strong but less noticeable. 2. A patch, stronger but more noticeable. I went with option 2 since they are work pants. They were to be delivered to my hotel. When I received them on time, there was no patch. Just a stitch work of threat. And they never pulled back the flannel. They sowed thru it and now the thread irritates my leg. This cost me $40. Won't be going back there. For the fact that they charge extra because they are lined and then don't do what they say they will do. I wish I could add pics because I have them. read more

I have had an excellent experience with EX-O Cleaners' wash and fold and laundered shirts. It can be hazardous to pick a random place for laundry (or anything) in this neighborhood because of the high concentration of hotels and tourism. EX-O, on the other hand, offers great quality and convenience at very reasonable prices for Manhattan. They also pick up and deliver for free with short turnaround. The wash and fold is attentively bundled together with rubber bands inside the bag. read more

BEWARE: The prices advertised are never what you actually pay! They have a small disclaimer at the bottom of their pricing list that says pricing may vary depending on the garment. However, a $10 price hike per garment is a bit extreme. They lure customers in by advertising decent prices, but ultimately you'll end up paying double what you expect and their quality of service is mediocre at best. I've had to return items to be re-cleaned. I'd advice you to take your business elsewhere! read more

Very satisfied! Best cleaners around the area. I had my burberry winter down jacket dry cleaned and they did a phenomenal job. My jacket has a fur which burberry recommended to bring it to them for dry cleaning. But it was way better/cleaner at this cleaners than at burberry. I also had my dress tailored and it was done so perfect. It fits me perfectly every way as if it came that way from the factory. I had my brother's winter down jacket patched and it was also greatly done. Their prices are so much better/affordable than other cleaners around the area but does a way better job than others.
