We get a call early afternoon on the same day saying our items are ready for pick up! That's AMAZING service in my book. I needed an evening dress hemmed before a wedding weekend, and it wasn't a simple job thanks to a tricky slit down the center. They absolutely nailed it. The hem was perfectly even, the slit was preserved beautifully, and the whole dress looked flawless. The price was very reasonable, but the turnaround was even better--fast without cutting corners. Found this place just a short walk from our hotel. They were very accommodating and was fairly priced, Clothes were ready on time. Only knock is the way the packaged our laundered clothes everything came our extremely wrinkled. Not a huge deal but still, please pay attention and bundle/wrap the clothes so they aren't wrinkled.
