Dr Andersen and crew have always been friendly and professional. They provide wonderful care. At 68 years old, I've been to a number of dentists over the years. Dr Andersen and staff are the best! I'd like to add that yesterday an old crown that had been placed by a prior dentist fractured and chipped off. I called Artisan Dental last evening to see if I could get in today. I got a return call at 7:15 this morning, was in their chair at 9 AM, and was done with a new crown at 11:15 AM. Thank you so much Rochelle, Dr Rehermann, and Cassie for such speedy, kind, and professional service. I have no idea how people could have had negative experiences. After going at least twice a year for 8 years, I've always been treated exceptionally well. It's true the office is like a very hip spa, and the equipment is state of the art, but the most important part is the people that work there. They're incredible.

However, if they late cancel your appointment they aren't accommodating for a re-schedule. Unless you can re-arrange your life expect to be several months out--as in at the time of your next cleaning. As a professional myself if I have to late cancel someone due to unforeseen circumstances I make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate a re-schedule that is convenient for the person because I value the time they set aside. I guess I should always remember that not everyone has that same level of professionalism.

Not only did Dr. Sifri fix my teeth, but years and years later they are still in great condition. After a strong recommendation from another colleague of mine I made the risk of flying out to Madison to have Dr. Sifri look at my teeth. What a successful journey it was. Each room is set up like a pretty standard dental office, very clean. On my first visit, they told me they like to do a full set of x-rays just to get an idea of what my teeth are like overall, but my insurance didn't cover for a full set. So they told me they will still do the full x-ray set, but just write it as whatever my insurance will cover, and they will cover the remaining cost. How great is that?!? The staff is wonderful and courteous, also very punctual. I'm never waiting in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. The cleanings are done nice and quickly, I'm in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Vaandehaar is great! He always makes suggestions for me to consider, but is never pushy about getting anything done that isn't absolutely necessary. For example, when I had a cavity, he obviously strongly recommended that I take care of it asap. But when it came to some preventative things, he told me what was going on, and what some options are and said it's something to think about. The only complaint that I have is, they do send A LOT of appointment reminders via email and text, multiple times leading up to your appointment. Yes, you can totally opt out of it, so I guess this is really on me. Also, TDC is the only place that staff actually came in and sang happy birthday to me during my cleaning. It was so sweet! By far the best dental office I've been to. Highly recommended. (And I'm not just saying that because of the singing)

I needed to be fixed fast since it was affecting my speech. After investigating, he had referred me to an oral surgeon but invited me back for regular dental visits. I did in fact, and a few months later they found a soft part of my last wisdom tooth. I came in and he and his team worked on cleaning out the decay and filling the tooth. During my appointment, we were able to narrow down which tooth it was bothering me. But, after an x-ray and dealing with me for about a whole five minutes at best, the dentist could not tell me what was wrong. He basically just said I would have to suck it up and come back in if it gets worse. WORSE? My eye is twitching and I have a constant headache that keeps me from sleeping but sure, let's let it get worse. I really feel like my pain was being discredited. So, I gave the dentist brand the benefit of the doubt and went to get a second opinion over at the sun prairie clinic. Imagine my surprise when the dentist there figures out my problem in two minutes by looking at my x-ray and saying my filling is off which is causing my pain. My other dentist did not even tell me the tooth that was causing me had a filling. One would think that it would be extremely relevant to know that the tooth causing me pain had had work done on it before!
