I had a great experience with On Demand Pest Control. We called them out because we were hearing noises in our ceiling which we assumed were rats. When the technician showed up he did a walk around the house, popped up on the roof and also had a look in our attic to see what was going on. He found droppings and confirmed that we did indeed have a rat issue. They left traps and trail cams to video the rodent activity in the attic and sealed up all the places where the rats could be getting in from. It's been a few weeks since the service and we haven't heard anything in our ceiling since On Demand finished up. I put a trail cam with some bait in the attic to lure any stragglers but I haven't seen any evidence of activity so it looks like they got them all!! Extremely Disappointed - Proceed with Caution I had a terrible experience with On Demand Pest Control. Their service was unprofessional and careless. During the installation of a termite tarp, they damaged my roof tiles and showed no accountability. When I brought it up, they dismissively claimed it was "normal" for tiles to break and made it clear they had no intention of taking responsibility. They were rude and unapologetic, even pointing to a legal disclaimer in their paperwork, essentially saying the damage was my problem. Because of their negligence, I now need to replace my roof. This company is more interested in protecting themselves and taking your money than actually caring for your property. Be very cautious before hiring them. read more

new beware ! stay away from this company if you dont want to repair your own broken tiles caused by the employees they use, i was in front of them while they broke them and pleaded with them to becareful, i wish i knew to ask the right questions if they had insurance before hand and if they covered broken tiles they break. i pleaded to the company after there service that i was present while they broke them but they still denied to help fix broken tiles . hopefully i save the next victim from this company called on demand pest control. this company will not cover your tiles if they break them and trust me they will because the employees they use dont care how they walk on your tile. i told them safe practices should be employed on how to walk on your roof with 200lbs tarps plus an additional over 200 lbs person while carrying tarp on there shoulder. they should roll tarp instead to desired loaction instead of walking with it . they did it to save time but didnt care if they broke them because there not liable in there paperwork , i wish i knew that beforehand . these people were the most blunt people walking on the roof. now i have a total of 15 broken tiles !! now my roof will get water intrusion!!! now, i'm s*** out of luck because they don't cover as they don't provide insurance. i wish i knew i would never have used this company!! now i have to deal with the repairs out of my own pocket. save yourself the headache and use some other company that will have insurance and take responsibilty for there employees they employers. . ill provide pictures for future homeowners on what this company did to my roof as proof of there service you will get if you use them . also forgot to mention because i was so upset that i still had ants , spiders and other creepy crawlies still in the house after tenting. read more

Find another pest control company. This company does not want to provide services for return visits. I saw roach activity after my home was exterminated and asked that they respray but because I did not see a roach in the last 2 days they refuse. I guess I should set a camera up to film all bug activity in my home. I paid $175 for literally 10 minutes of service and they do not stand by their contract to return. The money came out of my account like clock work in the dates provided In the agreement and a professional representative always came to my home to provide the service solicited. Also no ants returned . (I deleted the detailed story of the below story since once the issue got to the owner he swiftly and kindly handled it.) I had a brief headache of an experience with information provided to me (in regards to a refund for services not rendered or scheduled) by two separate customer service reps. This was a headache and stressful for me, as it lasted several emails, over several days, a phone call, and money was involved. HOWEVER Vincent , the owner called me within two hrs (impressive) of speaking with the customer rep and shortly after my original post and he took care of the refund issue no problem ! So Yes I would recommend their services they were professional and always on time through out my agreement and NO MORE ANTS . Just set a reminder in your phone to reach out to the business when your service agreement ends if you no longer need the service to avoid any miscommunication and headaches. read more

He sprayed the inside of my house, then wiped off all of my outer window frames with a sponge before treating them and the rest of the yard. I hired the service, and when they finished, several damages and dents were found on the roof. I called the company that had installed the metal roof to see what had happened, and they confirmed that it was due to the fumigation. I contacted the company that did the fumigation, and they refused to pay any amount for the repair of the roof that they themselves damaged. Attached are the photos of the roof before and after the fumigation, where the damages can be clearly seen. I do not recommend them. read more

Called them to handle bug problem in my home. Tech was nice, professional, and helpful. Wasn't able to coordinate second visit because if my work schedule. Woman in the office named Jessica was not very kind or accommodating. Basically told me my warranty expired and that for the tech to come out there again it would be an additional fee. Rude tone and didn't appreciate them debiting the extra fee without my permission. Will not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone smh. This company was highly recommended, unfortunately they didn't deliver. They claim to have a 100% satisfaction and the work is warranty for life. These are not true statements. They were hired for rodent removal, they came a couple of times to the property and the problem was not solved. After several conversations with management they wanted to charge me for extra services after paying more than $1,000 for the original job. The sales representative stated he would have a word with the owner and come up with a solution. it has now been 3 weeks without an answer and the rat problem is now out of control. I had 3 on-site estimate coming to my house and they all had different pricing and even different solutions to my termites issue, but it was clear from the beginning who is the professional!!!!! It's all about customer service and professional service by Jaime and his crew! Everything he promised happened, he even follow up monthly basis to make sure I am getting the service on time . We treated the entire attic for 6-7hrs as promised, my entire facility was treated every cycle and the office is following up with me every month to check if anything needed. He left traps 3 times with NO bait and when we called to complain they said they would have to charge for more "treatments" because they only included 4 treatments in the over $1000 they charged! I hired them once using a groupon. I wanted to see if I was happy with their service. I electronically signed what I thought was an acknowledgment of their service for that day only. When I signed I was not told I was signing a contract for a year and was unable to read it when I signed it because I was only shown the area to sign. They didn't get rid of my roach problem so I didn't want to hire them again. Months later they charge my credit card without contacting me first, for a treatment I didn't receive nor want. Then they called to make an appointment to treat my home. I told the woman who called I didn't want to hire them again. She told me I had signed a year long contract and sent me a copy. Don't consider their subscription services. I was one day late and they refused to let me subscribe again! You have to renew every year but there is no autopay, you have to call them and let them know. Who is going to remember 1 year later exactly to the day? Used this service for nearly 2 years and the yard is filled with weeds! They would come back out and do additional treatments, but every time there was someone new and they would tell you something different. After a little wrinkle in my initial service, Matthew Klein came out to evaluate the ant problem I was having. He was thorough and precise in addressing the issue I was having. He showed us pictures and explained the treatment which would be necessary. I received a call immediately after his visit from Chris who scheduled an appointment the next morning to have technician to come out and do what is necessary to eradicate the issue. As you can see from many of the other reviews this is the absolute worst pest control company and a total scam. They keep allegedly showing up to my house claiming to refill the bait stations when both gates to get to the location where the bait boxes are, are clearly locked from the inside. So what do they tell me - MAYBE THE TECHNICIAN JUMPED THE FENCE. So you're telling me you broke into my backyard to refill the bait stations. So I can't wait for the next time they come and "jump the fence" so I can catch it on my ring AND CALL THE POLICE FOR BREAKING INTO MY BACKYARD WITHOUT CONSENT. Explained to Christopher that we were selling the house and the buyer was requesting termite treatment after inspection report showed signs of No live termites (House tented 2 years ago). When we contacted the company in Plantation that tented the house previously they just gave us one option "re-tent " and they stated that it will cost us more money this time! Received email that service was complete, went to house only to find poison signs still on house and not to enter. When asked when we could get back in, text response was we don't know so that is why we don't give a time frame. Had a rodent problem. They come out and set up 6 tiny traps that you can buy at Homedepot, Walmart or any other store. Waste of time calling this bs inspection. We called on demand early one morning and they were at our house same day! They worked around our schedule, they are super thorough and went through everything they were doing with my husband! We were so happy with them we decided to sign up for their yearly service and I'm glad I did! Although they were just here at the end of last month they are coming back tomorrow no questions asked to spray again because I spotted a bug! Highly recommend this company! I signed up for an initial service with them. They offered to do follow up service every other month. The first visit went fine and then a week or so later I was attacked by fire ants right in front of my house by my driveway. They told me that there would be mo additional charges if additional spraying was needed in between the dates they scheduled ahead of time. So I called them to come back and spray the ants. The woman on the phone told me it would be an additional $100 to spray again since it's near the driveway and they considered that a "lawn service". I felt like that was unfair and not what I was promised. I looked for another company that wouldn't charge extra for what was actually needed at my property and called to cancel the future appointments they had set for me. The woman then told me that she would be unable to cancel and that they would send me to collections. It was never explained to me that this was actually a contract and that in the event you no longer want service from them that they will sue you and try to ruin your credit. This company is shady and uses these kind of tactics to get you to unknowingly sign up for extended periods of service with them. No good company that is providing great service should ever need to use these type of tactics to retain customers. So please, buyer beware. There are much better companies to deal with out there than these people. read more
