I had cabinets, new flooring and countertops picked out within an hour. None of the colors or material was what I originally had imagined but everything we put beside each other worked so well together my mind was set. While I met with Phil at the house to do the measurements I find out he's the real deal General Contractor so I'm like coolness can you tear down this wall and gut the bathroom and the list kept going, his answer to all was yes! Ok I'm from the Silicon Valley and work in commercial construction and never once have a gotten the "this guy is bullshitting or shady" vibe. They are simply a LEGIT one stop shop for all your renovation needs and above all their prices are cheaper than the box stores in the long run and everything is custom for you. They are patient and flexible with me while I change my mind a couple times (obviously my indecision's are before it's manufactured) and they find specific things I have my heart set on, like a "fancy" sink lol. I'll update my review after everything is done but honestly I have no reservations about going in to this project with them. So confident I'm getting the best service and quality I didn't even have to negotiate or barter.

Not sure if she had an appointment, but the gal that came in after us, was quickly being helped. So we just wandered looking at the different options. We did have a gal ask us if we had any questions. Now I'm deciding on getting new bathroom counter tops to my kitchen, so more decisions to be made. I've been wanting new countertops for a while, but had to prioritize with the backyard and the interior of the house. Very impressed with the pricing and choices available.. Of course the ones I liked had a sold sign! Now off to find a fabricator.

For well over 12 months I looked for a title and even hired an interior designer out of Incline to help find that perfect back-splash. No luck. I just so happened to come across JF Tile & Stone looking for a counter-top solution for a office area I was creating and was dumbfounded over the massive sample options. The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful. The gal I met there put me in touch with the owner Jennie. Actually, Jennie contacted me via text message and we bantered back and forth and I send her photos of my entire kitchen and VOILA! In a few moments found that perfect back-splash tile solution. In fact, she never even needed to come to the house. I drove out to her office and picked up the samples and loved them before I even got home to demo them out. I'd like to note that she is trusting. She let me take home an entire huge bock of tiles to try out! No deposit or anything. She simply trusted me. That's really sweet! Of course, I went with her pick and I couldn't be happier. Who took her time and gave me quite a "tile 101" education, which was greatly appreciated. She gave me so much to think about, I came back the next day and Ashley helped me, as Kathy was on her lunch break. With her help AND the knowledge, I'd gained previously from Kathy, I was able to swiftly select the tile and make my purchase. I'll drive back tomorrow to pick-up my order. It's a 60-mile round-trip from my home (Carson City) to Sparks Tile and Stone and I'm happy to do it for the incredible service I receive here. What a fantastic and friendly business!!! He is always prompt in any communications, in order to fit our tight schedules, the team came out Saturday to do the work. We very much appreciated that! Aldo, the father, is most skillful and one of the smartest person we ever worked with. The counter on the sink side has many tricky corners, he got it perfectly! We ran into an issue with one of the vanity with 6" apron. He creatively came up a solution and tirelessly carried the stone piece back to his shop to refinish. The precision on each stone piece and the lining-up with the cabinet are just perfect! The Aldos are good people to work with, they are skillful and most importantly very kind. They cover the floors and even put plastic around the entry points to the work areas to mimimize the dust reaching the rest of the house. They take great care in removing the existing products, clean up the work area each day and have a lot of respect for the customer's personal property. The backsplashes and baseboards were removed without damaging the drywall above them. The seam between the edge detail and the countertops is invisible. They arrived at the job when they said they would and completed the job on schedule. They respond promptly to texts and phone calls. There was always clear communication regarding the project. They pay attention to details and are superb craftsmen. A lot of thought is put into matching the placement of the quartz pattern on all the walls so that it blends nicely.
