Despite one of the two-foot…read moretiles being visibly not-level, I was generally happy with it until my dishwasher needed a repair. The repair guy was unable to pull the dishwasher out from beneath the counter because Eric essentially walled it in. When Eric installed the tile, he elevated the floor--but NOT the part of the floor on which the dishwasher sits beneath the counter--by about 3/4". Now there isn't enough clearance above the dishwasher to compensate for the added floor height, so I am going to have to pay someone to cut four tiles out of the floor just so the unit can be pulled out, and to elevate my floor cabinets and counter--all this just so I can replace a dishwasher. I am told this is something Eric should have addressed, and that he took the easy way out by avoiding the issue. Instead, he left me with a downstream problem that will be costly to correct. Yes, Eric has a great many five-star reviews here. That's why I hired him. But before you do the same, I strongly suggest you take heed of my really bad experience, because something like this can happen to you, too.

His work is exceptional, and I found his prices to be competitive I loved how quiet this part of the job was. I kept forgetting he was here. I really appreciated his tidiness. Each day he vacuumed up after himself, and left everything in tip top shape. He is also environmentally conscious. His disposal practices were flawless. He emails me on a regular basis asking if everything is still to my satisfaction, and to let me know he is ready to do a thresh hold when we finish installing the carpets. Communication with his customers is wonderful. He immediately felt like family. We are designing a new fireplace, and can't wait to have Eric do the work. He is an awesome guy to have around. AND he likes dogs. Can't get better than that. I wrote this review few months ago and I forgot to post it. Sorry Eric And sorry to those of you who hired someone else to do his or her tile work. I highly recommend you bookmark this Tile installer for future projects, whether large or small. Contractor's License # 815707

M&M Granite does an exceptional job from start to finish!! I have had Mike & Matt of M&M Granite…read morereplace the countertop in my kitchen, 2 bathroom vanity countertops, a shower/tub enclosure and a shower enclosure with quartz during the past year. They cover the floors and even put plastic around the entry points to the work areas to mimimize the dust reaching the rest of the house. They take great care in removing the existing products, clean up the work area each day and have a lot of respect for the customer's personal property. The backsplashes and baseboards were removed without damaging the drywall above them. The seam between the edge detail and the countertops is invisible. They arrived at the job when they said they would and completed the job on schedule. They respond promptly to texts and phone calls. There was always clear communication regarding the project. They pay attention to details and are superb craftsmen. A lot of thought is put into matching the placement of the quartz pattern on all the walls so that it blends nicely. They take a lot of pride in their work. Mike or Matt were on the job site each day with additional team members as needed. They do the cut the quartz items themselves in their shop, so the quality control is excellent. They do all they can to make sure the customer is happy at the end of the job. If you want percise quality and a gorgeous outcome to your projects, for a fair price you can be confident that M&M Granite will do an outstanding job for you.

They were not clear with how our counter would be installed. It was badly cut and badly arranged…read more The son Ryan did a poor job measuring our area for the counter and he never informed us we could use their software to correctly arrange our slabs for our kitchen counter and backsplash so that they would match and look seamless. The slabs do not match and have a poor continuity. One of the seams between the slabs, because of the poor cuts/measurements, is large enough to fit a coin between the two slabs. This particular seam is the backsplash behind my stove so not easily hidden. Their solution, rather than using a new slab, was to just add extra caulk. When we expressed our concerns to the father owner Steve, his response was to tell us they had been in business for years and did the Governor's house years ago. Perhaps they would have done a good job for us if I was the Governor, but instead they did less than adequate work. Also, they did not put the hours for the sink faucets in the place where we wanted them. They did not ask for instruction on where to place the holes, even though we were in the house when they were making them. I had to have them come to our house several times to correctly caulk the seams. The technician did a sort of ok job. But the counters were never installed to our satisfaction. When we voiced our concerns Steve and Ryan simply dismissed us and our concerns. My husban
