The rate is very reasonable compared with Toyota, the job was done within an hour for over 4 time less cost than Toyota (quoted me for 3.5 hours ) ! Five stars- genuinely honest mechanics- they were beyond helpful I came in with squealing brakes on a model 3- I was super nervous about possibly having to replace pads or rotors - Not only was I really pleasantly surprised they'd take a look to begin with, but they did a full inspection and assured me that there was nothing to be concerned about- that it was temporary most likely just due to dust or weather changes. And they were correct, it eased off shortly after. :) They could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and didn't. Very fair reasonable charge for the full on inspection- surprisingly no hidden fees or unexpected cost! I'd happily return. Recommend them highly! read more

This place is top notch! We were amazed at the kindness, knowledge and top notch service we received. We explained the issue we were running into, what the other places had done, they did a diagnostic review, and found all the issues and explained everything. They even sent us photos of what the previous person had done and never disclosed that was causing the issue. They fixed everything same day and from start to finish were so friendly and communicative. They went above and beyond and we can't thank them enough! I hate to bash a business cause I know the price of business is rough, but, this place takes the cake. So, $3K and 4 visits in a 5 month period is only the beginning. My car now does not run at all, and is gonna cost thousands more to repair. Carlos up front is a very nice guy and is likeable. I'm not gonna go into all the problems that my car is now experiencing cause there is not enough characters to do that. All I will say is, stay far far away front this place, they are really good talkers and will have you doing stuff to your car that is not needed. My car ran better before I ever took it to this place, now I call and nobody will answer the phone, they don't want to deal with me anymore. I'm over it. I was gonna go down there but what will that achieve, nothing. Again. Stay far far away, do yourself a favor and save thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. Rant over. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Auto shop replaced my transmission and 6 months later it broke. I had it towed back to the shop, they first said two days... then a week to find the part. Over a week goes by and the day my truck should be ready we call.... We were told, "Oh well the part has not been delivered" I asked to speak to a manger or owner who's name is WADE... to see why no one called to let us know the truck would NOT be ready. We got a rental car to get through the week, and had made arrangements according to the time line given to us, to drop off the rental and pick up my truck. When I asked why there was no communication I was told they did not owe me any!!!! The owner WADE was unbelievably rude and told me to have my truck towed elsewhere, that he would not finish the job! After having my truck a week and being upset about no communication he throws my truck out of his garage. Never use this business, this man did not care about me or my family and he will not care about you! Go elsewhere! Asking for communication about my vehicle was NOT to much to ask for.... They provide competitive warranties in comparison to other batteries that I came across shopping around. I also asked about the oil changes and they are $40 cheaper than valvoline. The folks at Exclusive Automotive are absolutely amazing! My engine light started to flash the day before NYE. I drove my car to a shop close to my house (Tire Works Total Car Care). They told me I needed to replace 6 spark plugs and 6 ignition coils and the total cost was $1300 and that INCLUDED a $300 discount. I started to read reviews for that shop and decided to put the repair on hold. I stumbled upon Exclusive Automotive and called them in a frenzy on NYE. I explained what the other shop told me and Brandon immediately said it was extremely rare for ALL 6 ignition coils to be bad. He asked me to bring my car in so they could take a look. Long story short, I had my car towed to them on NYE. They were closing early, but checked it out first thing Wednesday morning. I did NOT need to replace all 6 coils. In fact, I only needed 1. So they replaced 6 spark plugs and 1 coil for $253 and it only took 1 day to repair. Talk about excited! So excited that I took my sons car in to get the engine mounts replaced. I was able to fix both cars for less than what it would have been to repair mine at Tire Works. Not to mention, their customer service is amazing. Everyone that I've dealt with has made me feel very comfortable! I'll definitely be taking our vehicles here for any future repairs! Thanks again Brandon and the team. I'd taken my VW to Pep Boys when the A/C went from running intermittently to not blowing cool air at all and they told me the compressor needed to be replaced to the tune of $1800. Horrified, I called Exclusive Auto after having been previously referred to them by a friend, and made an appointment for them to do a diagnostic. It only took them 30 minutes (vs. 3 hours it took Pep Boys) to tell me the compressor was fine and it was only the expansion valve which needed to be replaced at a fraction of what I was expecting. When I brought my car back to Exclusive for them to do the repair it was 7:30am and was quickly out of the shop, with a perfectly running A/C, by 9:30am. Even better, it cost less than $300! These are honest guys who do honest work...and I - and my bank account - are SO very grateful to have such a shop here in Las Vegas. I won't go anywhere else again. read more

I was in Las Vegas visiting family and needed new tires. Costco did the tires and recommended I get an alignment at Exclusive Automotive. I had never heard of them but based on the Costco recommendation I set up my appointment. They were very professional, the front office employee was very polite, helpful and helped me pass the time I had to wait, which wasn't long. The alignment was perfect, I was advised that I had a check engine light on. I of course new that, but didn't want to spend money as it was just an emission issue. The mechanic came out with me and I pointed out a hose I replaced and he noted it should have been clamped. I thanked him profusely and immediately bought a screw clamp and fixed the loose hose. I drove home to Northern Ohio afterwards and over the 2200 miles I gained 2 mpg on my 2002 Lexus RX 300. Have 187,000 and I am extremely pleased I was directed to Exclusive Automotive. Wow only one review! Let this be the second review. I been going to this guy since he had his smaller shop on Dewey. This is our third car being taken care by this place. My husband's 1999 Ford F-150 work truck, which we bought a few years back had them check it out before we bought it. Only needed a timing belt changed but nothing right away. Then about 6 months later a spark plug blew and they fixed that. Other than that nothing else has been done with the car and runs perfectly today. My older Honda Civic wasn't passing dmv violations because Someone reported I had smoke coming out the back and took it to Wade and he didn't want to do anything major or expensive or anything unnecessary to the vehicle if we didn't have to. He just changed it to a thicker oil and it passed dmv!!! Saved us money. Had our brakes done on my car to, and no issues. I just bought a brand new car from friendly ford and Was going to do everything at the ford shop that I bought it from, but after reading reviews of the service department on yelp.... I decided to take my new car to wade's shop, exclusive automotive. Because I feel very comfortable with them. I have never used the ford service department, but just from reviews it scared me. So decided to go with someone I been doing business with the last few years. My first service is being done now on my new Ford Edge and no regrets. Very happy with there service. There's no where to go around here to hang out while getting your car done but sit in there office , so make sure you bring reading material or read one of there magazines or have something to keep you occupied or have a friend follow you!!! This place is horrible the mechanic managed to burn ALL my wires in my car I was in shock when I went to go check out my car I tried to turn it on and nothing and there was this overbearing smell of burnt plastic I also took it in so they can fix the A/C I had to go back 3 times because it kept blowing the fuse and the stopped blowing cold air he said he replaced the wire which was a lie and charge me over $100 when all he did was replace the fuse my experience with this place was HORRENDOUS and the owner looked like he didn't wanna be bothered w my car and let the receptionist do the talking it was just HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN THEY ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY AND CLAIM TO BE EXPERT MECHANICS ...
