Didn't expect to need a mechanic so soon in Vegas but God had different plans for me. I drove my vehicle over the metal plates in the road on Russell right by this shop. Luckily, i found Team 1 Auto e! And I have to say THEY ARE AMAZING! Bobby and his employees are all super nice. I was provided a reasonable quote and the repairs were completed expeditiously. Bobby even offered to start working on the repairs immediately. Planning to get my future repairs and maintenance done here in the future. They offer smog tests. Oil changes and auto body repair. Bobby even provides you with the part that needed a repair. You don't even need to ask. He will offer it. Which is a good sign because some auto repair places will claim to do work that they didn't complete. Very reasonable and easy to talk to. Last June, I took my 2003 Nissan Xterra XE to a Nissan dealership for service. An unreliable mechanic from another shop cut a line to my A/C system where you could loudly hear the leak they caused. They heard it and literally walked away. I explain at the Nissan shop what happened and that my compressor was fine. They proceeded to tell me my radiator had a leak. I'm like I saw no fluids on my garage floor or the parking lot at work. Then they tried to tell me the fluid leaked UP. You don't need to be a physics major here to know this isn't possible. Then they tried to tell me the A/C system and the radiator system were intertwined. Um, no, they are 2 SEPARATE systems. And I told them so. Im not someone who doesn't know what's under the hood of a vehicle. Why I let them keep my buggy for 16 days is beyond me. They spilled something on my new hood that destroyed the paint job on it. Said I brought it in that way but refused to pull up the video in front of me to prove otherwise. This place charged me low 4 figures to get my buggy out of the shop. This was around the time of the second & third high heat advisories. I just moved and I needed A/C like never before. And you know what? They didn't fix my Xterra!!!!! Fast forward to May 2022 and I'm zipping home and see Team 1 Auto and I caught the ad that they can service air conditioners. It's getting warm and I know I need A/C in this town. The fellas here explained they'd take a look at my system and said it sounded like there's a leak. They did the full service system and the fee was $350. Said to bring it back in a few days so they can check to make sure there are no leaks. So I'm here today to say DO NOT GO TO YOUR DEALER if you're not comfortable! Come here!!! I do not mind paying for work done to my vehicle. What I have issue with is to be blatantly ripped off! The fellas here honest and up front and my wallet and my nerves sure appreciate this. 5 days ago went there for oil change Dealt with this shop before.Every time I come for oil change there ,owner Francisco tries to sell me services I don need,such as gaskets replaced,brakes,transmission service.I kept telling him Everytime I JUST A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE.This time it was no different.I told him again I am just here for an oil change. He took his time changing oil,took about an hour!Then he sent his mechanic to tighten the the oil pan bolt and it struck me while watching him do it that he applying way too much power while tightening the bolt and he might damage the threads.Car was lowered and Francisco said because I refuse recommended services he offered I am not welcome in his shop anymore.To which I replied NO BIG LOSS SIR.I drove about 6 miles,went to Walmart to shop and when I came out I saw oil leaking from the engine on ground below.I knew by the amount of oil on the ground that I need to address it ASAP.Midas was half a mile away and I rushed there.At Midas car was immediately looked at and mechanic found out that bolt in the oil pan was sitting sideways and threads were destroyed.The only remedy was to install a temporary oil plug and get an oil change which I told them to go ahead and do it.Manager explained that whoever was tightening the bolt at previous shop applied too much pressure and damaged the threads causing oil to gush out and good thing I caught it in time,results would have been disastrous.Midas mechanic said that it looked suspicious that thus much pressure was applied which made me believe tthis was done on purpose by Team 1 Automotive.If it was not for Midas I could have lost my engine People ,DO YOURSELF A FAVOR,STAY AWAY FROM THE CROOKS AT TEAM 1 AUTOMOTIVE.Also read the review left in 2023 by the owner of Fiat relating to what happened to her at the same shop and don't believe all that hoopla with 4.6 rating read more

My car recently had the alternator go out. I called around to several different repair shops trying to find the best and most affordable repair shop. After getting quoted $1,000 or more for this repair from others, I came across Team 1 Auto. Not only did they quote me way less than every other repair shop, they were speedy, efficient and very knowledgeable! They were done in three hours and my car is driving like it's brand new! Their customer service was amazing and they were very honest and forthcoming about any information or costs that would be needed. I can now say they have a new customer for life! read more

If you don't like reading long reviews, the short of it is, they tried to convince me that my car needed an entire engine replacement when it was just the clutch. I have a Fiat 500 that had the clutch go out in April 2022. I had it diagnosed at another shop and at the time we couldn't afford the repair so we stored it for 7 months until we could pay to get it fixed. I did some shopping around for a better price than what we got quoted at the first shop and found Team One Auto. They seemed genuinely nice and I thought we had lucked out finding a decent mechanic. When we dropped off the car I hadn't been able to get it to start but I figured the battery was dead after so long in storage. They called me a day later to tell me that the engine had been ruined due to overheating and that the clutch wasn't the only problem. I even got scolded by the owner of the shop for not having them do a diagnostic because he could have replaced the clutch and charged me for the work but the car still wouldn't run. They offered to replace the engine for me and wasted no time telling me about their finance options that didn't require credit. We didn't want to do that and couldn't afford paying to get the engine replaced so we decided to sell the car. I spoke to the dealership and they offered to take it so we had it towed over there. At the dealership a mechanic was asking us questions and checking the car out. He got in the car and was able to get the car to start on the first try. At that point I got suspicious and asked them to run a full diagnostic. Their findings were that the clutch needed replacing and the car would run fine. It also needed the vacuum pump replaced but even without it the car would run. It was a very disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend their service. read more

DON'T DO WHAT I DID! I wasted so much time going to the wrong mechanics and paying way too much! Then I found Team 1 Auto. I came here for a second opinion. This auto repair shop is very fair and friendly. When I go to an auto shop I'm always nervous because I think they will take advantage of me. I'm a single mom and I have had mechanics inflate prices because I dont understand cars. Team 1 Auto educated me on what was wrong with my car and what needed urgent attention and what didnt. I couldnt believe it. They told me there were certain issues that could wait. No auto shop has ever done that for me. They also spoke in a way I could understand and didnt make me feel stupid. Now I can drive my kids around in a safe car and I have a complete repair plan. The best part is I'm not broke from dumping money into my car. read more

Team 1 Auto is honest and reliable when it comes to your car. I took my 09 BMW in after noticing a leak. They found the problem and got it fixed the next day. It was an Engine oil pan gasket which is quite labor extensive (About 8 hours of labor). They have reasonable prices and the employees are all knowledgeable. Came by here couple months ago to get an oil change, get my brakes and rotors done and fix the control arms to thats making a ticking sound for my 07 Odyssey. Bobby welcomed me very professionally and was very considerated due to the fact that everybody was affected from COVID19 lockdowns and layoffs. Wrote me a reasonable quote and was sincere about the repairs that needed to be done. It took a day to get it fixed but it was all worth it. Everything went smooth and quiet again with my Odyssey up until now. Planning to get my future repairs and maintenance done here in the future. One thing I liked about this shop; Bobby showed my the parts that needed a repair(lifted my car up the machine). Before and after repairs as well. 0 star Be ware of this shop it's the worst shop I been to and the owners are scammers & thieves, long story short I took my daughter car to this shop April 2019 Because the climate control on the touch screen wasn't working properly they told me they have to take all the dashboard out to check electric wires and they said it's big job and they charged me $3000 after they took everything out i don't know what they did but they missed up all electric components they start telling me different things they have to check and they asked me to give them $2000 to buy the parts and i did then they had to replace 5 modules because the technician missed up and they kept on telling me different things after keeping the car for a year at the shop they couldn't fix it , i called the owner because i was upset and he told me to come & pick it up or he'll tow it so i went to get the car but nothing was working on the dashboard beside too many lights were on dashboard such as abs airbags light and so on i asked the owner to pay me for the damage or give me my $2000 back he refused so i end up auctioning my daughter car . I brought my Volkswagen Passat in to Team 1 Auto for multiple problems. My car had been giving me issues for almost a year and was always serviced on time.and no one could diagnose my problem...Finally I found an automotive shop that found a cracked secondary fuel pump and recommended a complete tuneup. Unfortunately my issue with my engine sputtering did not go away and an unfortunate encounter took place with a mis-communication Ion my part and me being unknowledgeable about the problem happened and I took my frustration out on Daniel. I can not commend and give praise to Daniel!!!
