Mike, the technician who did the battery swap on my Benz, did an excellent job--professional, thorough, and friendly. When my truck was finished, Ray (the owner) even offered to fix my bumper for free, which was an incredibly generous gesture and much appreciated. It was a pleasure meeting Lisa and Ray's wife, Vanya, too. $90/ diagnostic fee!! A lot of shops are $150. That itself is a deal! If you get the work done, the $90 goes towards it. The whole experience was refreshing and trustworthy. This shop genuinely cares about its customers and treats you like family from the moment you arrive. Went to Vegas a couple weeks back for a wedding when the worst happened. We overheated around 50 miles from Vegas. These guys were/are opened on the weekends. Highly recommend this place. The owner Ray and associate Andy went above and beyond. We had an unknown flapping noise while driving to Las Vegas and after calling many places, Rays was open and was very courteous and told us to come in anytime and he will take a look at our car. He was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes and fixed it right away. both Ray and Andy are very honest mechanics and very professional. I love the way Ray kept offering us beverages like water, juice boxes, and espresso. There were even small treats for customers to enjoy. I've been here twice now, and both experiences were amazing. Ray, Vald, Tiffany, and Vanya are incredibly welcoming and genuinely care about their customers. They are very honest with pricing and never try to overcharge. I drive a Mini Cooper, and they always use the correct, high-quality parts for my car. They even show me the parts (like I got my oil change and they showed me they are using Japanese oil, and I recently replaced my engine mount and it is from German) and confirm with me before starting the work, which makes me trust them even more. Another shop quoted me $4,000 for my front bumper, but Ray fixed it for me as a courtesy when I was getting my oil & brake change. That alone shows how honest they are. This joke of a business charged me for work they didn't do that was pointed out by another mechanic and the work that they did do was all messed up and I have pictures and video to prove it. Vanya kept saying how they saved me thousands well, that's just her opinion and not fact. Vanya also sent me a nasty text message saying that me video recording a conversation I had with she and her man about the work that they did without her permission was illegal. She saw I was recording and never told me to stop recording only after she got mad because I called them out on how I got scammed did she feel the need to retaliate and bring it up. I encouraged her through text to call the police if she thinks my actions in documenting a business transaction for supposed work they did to my vehicle was in any way shape or form wrong. She stopped responding after that; very unprofessional after I paid them all that money over $1100 for essentially putting new bolts in that were missing like that would solve the problem. They also did work without my permission I have coil overs in the rear with the bad struts and lower springs on the front what professional mechanic shop would do that to a customer completely different suspension on the rear than is on the front end. Another mechanic also showed me that they stripped out the strut mount bolts and they were three different sizes. Ray also used a weld on one of the strut mount bolts instead of doing what any sound minded mechanic would do which is to replace the whole thing. That's not professional either that's a shoddy job. Crazy how Vanya changed from being so kind and sweet before they got my money to being so cold and mean spirited after they got paid taking no responsibility for the reality of the situation they put me in. Ray also refused to honor the 20 percent off first time customer from the yelp checkin and Vanya brought out a $20 gift certificate instead. Asinine greed and ghetto. I will never step back foot into their business again for any reason and I encourage you to do the same. read more

Our car was having acceleration issues as we came into Vegas on the way to Utah. This was on a Sunday and we tried frantically to find a mechanic who might be available. Luckily Ray and his wife Vanya said they could take a look at it. Ray diagnosed the problem (we had issues with the Turbo), fixed part of the issue that night but had to wait for a part the next day. He took us first thing Monday morning and then we were off on our way to Utah. We drove up and down up to 10,000 feet in Utah and never had a problem after Ray and Vanya helped us out. This place seems scammy. I had an appointment to get my oil changed. Went to get my oil changed and when I walked in Ray just looked at me like he had seen a ghost. I call the number on yelp and the person on the phone answers the phone all irritated saying "hello!?" I look at my phone to see who I called because what business answers the phone "hello?" I say "yes, hi, where did I just call?" She says "you called Ray's Auto, what's up?" At this point, the confusion of the two business owners wasn't worth my business so I drove off and away. It's unfortunate because I took the morning off to get my oil changed, and couldn't because they were both being weird. I needed a belt replacement and looked for shops near by, called and got a quote from his wife and was able to come in within 2 hours. So glad I went with this choice!!
