Do not go to BUSY BUGGY. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.... Took my 2014 jeep it in for air intake issue that was happening random when I'd be on freeway. Happened a few times over about a week. When they called with diagnostic they said I had radiator leak and didn't discuss the issue I came in for. I didn't feel comfortable with this diagnosis bcs I have had no issues, not even minor for this diagnosis, and wanted a second opinion. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, I went to drive away, and I had four warning signals on my vehicle, a rattling and a huge coolant leak under my jeep non of which that I had at all before I took the vehicle in. The car broke down and wouldn't start again so I had AAA tow it to a new shop that had to fix the radiator crack they definitely created and denied and tried to charge $1500 for, and then once it was repaired we're able to diagnose and also repaired the air intake issue that I had taken my Jeep in for originally that was a very minor issue to fix. They tried to scam me and deny any liability for the issues they created. DO NOT give them your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ read more

I don't trust ANY shop with my car other than the dealership and i have to say this shop definitely is trust worthy, take will take care of your car as their own it has became my new go to for any car issues i encounter rather than the dealership where i get ripped off and they hold my car for days/week rather than same day turn around. It sucks to be making one of these but this experience was just dreadful. On November 4th my car stalled so I took my car to busy buggy and thy had diagnosed it as the fuel pressure regulator being the issue and got it repaired. The next day on the 5th I go to pick up my car and take it to work and the first red flag was I was getting asked if I was ever having issues with the fuel gauge to which I responded no there was never an issue I could always read my gas, they respond "oh well your car can't read your gas anymore" me being concerned they did say they ordered the part and since I needed to go back to work they let me take the car and just informed me to bring it tomorrow because that is supposedly when the part to read my fuel was going to come in. I make it to work and then going home my car stalls again, I call busy buggy and they send out a tow and I thinking wow I thought my car was supposed to be fixed was concerned why it still stalled called busy buggy again and they sent out a tow telling me if it's an issue on our end then we'll pay for it but if it's an issue separate then I have to pay $80 for the tow. I also just want to add that when talking to the tow driver he did try to jump my battery and he specifically had told me "your battery is fine this is a fuel issue." I get a call again with Carlos and get told it's a high pressure regulator issue, and then I get told I have to pay the tow and along with that he wasn't even aware that there were fuel sensors ordered to fix the issue reading my fuel to my car. Now he tells me that the next day I will get an update, I call again the next day on the 6th of November now and get told by Carlos again that it's a low pressure fuel issue and that the low pressure issue could fix the high pressure issue and that I'd basically gamble to see if the low pressure being fixed can fix the high pressure issue, I say no and just ask about my car being fixed with the fuel sensors and they still said it has not came in yet. Now it's Saturday, I call in and this time Pamela picks up the phone and ask if my car is ready to be picked up and she says yes, I arrive to busy buggy to Carlos telling me that my battery is now dead his technicians tried jumping my car and nothing was working. I want to also add when coming in Carlos telling me it was $80 and I was prepared to only pay $80 obviously since I have other expenses I then get told that it was actually $120 and instead of accommodating the $80 I was told that I was going to pay he still applied the $120 and luckily I had enough to pay that. I look in the back where my car is and try to turn it on and now I start to hear fuel spilling from somewhere and yes looking in the back there was a giant leak and it smelled like gas. I call in a tow and he has to take my car back to my apartment and I call another mechanic to get a second opinion on what was going on and not even 5 minutes into looking at the car he immediately found the issue and it was the fact that the fuel pump was unplugged and he just plugged it back in. I call Carlos and just want an explanation as I kept getting all these diagnosis's when it was simply just because my system was unplugged and asking for any accountability because with me trying to turn on the car and with the amount of gas leaking could've created a dangerous hazard and he just chuckled and kind of dismissed the issue, he also tells me that he would speak to his technicians and call me back on Monday and it is now Friday and am still yet to receive a callback. Not only that when Pamela told me that the fuel sensors were fixed and my car was ready to be picked up that was a lie and my fuel system still can't read my gas. So now it leads me to think why they even have my car for 3 days then? This was definitely the worst experience I ever had with a mechanic and all I wanted was accountability for what had happened and the inconvenience I had to endure while my car was having these supposed issues when all it was was that the system was unplugged. read more

I was looking for a new shop to service my vehicle. Thanks to the consistently posted phenomenal reviews on Yelp (and Google), I found Busy Buggy. To be honest, I'm always skeptical when it comes to auto shops - because they're notoriously known for horror stories and for being dishonest. I did my research and as 9-year member of Yelp Elite, I've learned to trust my fellow yelpers. Thankfully, I found Busy Buggy. I gave them a call Saturday, November 25, 2023. Carlos answered. I asked him if I could swing by to get my spark plugs replaced. He said that they don't take appointments; basically it's first come first serve. I asked if it was busy, he said "It's not to bad, but definitely the sooner, the better." So I headed straight to Busy Buggy; I arrived around 12 noon. He said it would take about an hour and a half. I waited. My car was finished in just under an hour and a half. Carlos showed and explained that my spark plug could have gone just a little longer but it was a good thing I came in. He let me know that it would be reported to Carfax and that they also specialize in engine repairs, tune-ups, air conditioning repair, tires, electrical problems, transmission issues, oil changes, alignments and more! I'm stoked because I think I found my forever full-service auto mechanic shop in Vegas. I learned that Busy Buggy is a family owned and operated business - I love that! They are planning to reopen a second location in Vegas in early 2024. The shop is clean, timely and professional. Prices are reasonable. I have never had a worse experience with a shop if you want to waste time and money like I did then this shop will do that. I'm glad other people had positive experiences here but I had a terrible one; so please believe the bad reviews also had a horrible experience similar to mine. I paid $100 for a diagnostic telling them my concern was that I had a code for a mass air flow sensor even though I had already replaced it with a new genuine Nissan one. I get the car back they tell me they recommend changing the pcv valve since it is stuck open and do the spark plugs because they are wearing down. I happily pay the $100 go to oriellys get a new pcv valve take out the old one and to my surprise the old valve is rattling just fine meaning it is NOT stuck open. I still change it anyways since it was their recommendation and clear the code then not even a day later the same code comes back on. I come back to the shop where they tell me since I didn't change the spark plugs as well they wouldn't look at it since that was also their recommendation which I replied my main concern was that mass air flow sensor code and they say supposedly that code was not there the first time even though I told them that was my my and only concern. Keep in mind they never had the decency to let tell me hey we know you came in concerned about a mass air flow sensor code but we actually didn't see that code here. I was very clear I was there because the car was getting a mass air flow sensor code even though I had already replaced yet this got completely ignored and thrown out the window and they diagnosed another problem I was not concerned about which was incorrect anyways because the supposedly bad pcv valve was not stuck open. They wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $100 for the mass air flow sensor code even though that was what I told them I was there for in the first place along with a faulty first diagnostic. They said they would take a look if I also changed the spark plugs like they recommended but again that wasn't even the reason I was there I was there about a mass air flow sensor issue and instead they sent me on a wild goose chase then asked me to pay another $100 too look at the problem I had originally told them I wanted looked at in the beginning. PLEASE do not come here save yourself the money and peace of mind. read more

Response to business: I will not bring the vehicle back. You blew me off when I took the vehicle back and then lied to the credit card company saying you did the repair. Uhmmmm NO!! I took it in for a misfire, I still have a misfire. Your paperwork even shows the car was brought in for a misfire. How can you say you fixed the vehicle when it is still misfiring?!? I took the car elsewhere and it was properly diagnosed. I have it in writing and video from the mechanic stating the issue and showing it was definitely not the PCM. Do the right thing and refund the money. I shouldn't be forced to pay for a repair that was not needed. read more

I don't know why I didn't try to find a family owned place to do my future auto maintenance earlier. The price is more reasonable than going to a big name brand. It was a Saturday so I called ahead of time to see when the best time to come was. I ended up coming a little after 1 and it took about an hour or two with the queue they had. The guy who helped me was very nice and upfront and tried his best to get me out quicker, which he did. He also wore a mask so +1 there! Everything was a pleasant experience. BEWARE OF OVER CHARGING (October 2022 - February 2023) I brought my car in to be diagnosed for an electrical power drain which was occurring when the car was shut off. After over a week in the Nellis Blvd shop, Carlos told me I needed a main Radio. Another week and $4,650.00 later, I took my car home only to have the same problem. After taking it back twice more I was told it was the alternator (another $650.00) and then a new battery, I got my car back. Two days later, it was dead in my garage again. I demanded my money back and was promised the owner would call me to discuss my complaint. To date, I have never received that call and the manager (Carlos) refuses to give me the owners phone number. BEWARE! I took my pilot to have rear main seal, steering rack and had them install transmission. Got a call next day that car was finished. picked up car and transmission oil everywhere, looked under car and found oil everywhere , missing bolts on transmission and broken transmission case, owner never said anything when i picked it up. mechanic did test drive with pressure bolt out , lost fluid as you can see from pics in the street, drove car with no transmission oil. asked owner to pay for new transmission because i can see he dropped it and broke a piece off and that he drove it with no oil he said no. and still made me pay. I will never take my cars to them again. smart business would be to refund everything and say sorry, I still can't believe they let me drive away with missing bolts and leaky transmission putting my life and family live in danger :( read more
