My father had not purchased a suit since 1965 ( for his wedding) so the did a great job of catching him up on menswear. They assisted him with trying everything on ( which took a looong time given that he is in his 80s and very arthritic). The gave him choices, took extra care when measuring him, and went out of their way to make sure alterations would be done in the time frame needed.
