You would think he was planning his own wedding, as he didn't take into account ANYTHING we wanted. We went in having a vision, and knew what we wanted for our groomsmen. The only thing we weren't 100% on was how we can utilize the color scheme to have my fiancé contrast the others without looking tacky. By the time I left and come back to check on them we went from a sleek black and red look to white and black paisley!? It was atrocious, and he kept trying to sweet talk us into designs that he thought would be best, that did not fit the vibe of our wedding at all. I was politely vocal about not being into the styles, and he dismissed me, and said I am too laid back so I don't really know what I am talking about. We had women who were being fitted for suits. The (same) person measuring them made them incredibly uncomfortable, and repeatedly pointed out the fact that they had female anatomy that was making the process "difficult" for him. In the end my fiancé did not purchase a suit here for this reason. Not to mention, in the end after all the upselling and "must haves" - a pretty basic custom suit somehow was going to run us nearly $3,000 for something that would only be worn once. I would never see myself paying this at a chain retailer- especially for a suit that was almost the opposite of what we wanted. Needless to say we chose to receive a refund and take our business elsewhere for those that were fitted for suits that day.

They helped organize the items that we wanted to purchase so we could see it all as "a collection", which was very helpful. At checkout time they also were able to steer us into taking advantage of an online/app coupon that we were not aware of that helped manage the cost of our purchase. We were pleased with the quality of the garments, and the service in the store and would highly recommend this store to anyone. My husband and I would shop there even size did not dictate it.

My father had not purchased a suit since 1965 ( for his wedding) so the did a great job of catching him up on menswear.
