I wanted something in black and sport looking. I was happy that an associate was able to show me some watches that I was looking for. He was very helpful. Bought an Armani Exchange watch for $170. This store has many different price ranges of watches. You can go cheap or expensive. They have many different brands. After I bought my watch and went to check out other stores, I realized my watch was too big on me, so I want back to the store and they were nice enough to adjust my watch, since I have small wrists or as someone told me I have baby wrists and a baby face. I wish there was Watch Station in New York City, but then again I probably go broke.

The owner, Harvey Robbins, made sure to come over and say hello. I had contacted the dealer and Andy about a Tudor watch - which I wound up ordering, and just taking delivery today. Andy not only goes out of his way to listen to what I want, but always makes sure to spend extra time determining my needs and explaining the options, and then orders what I want immediately if he doesn't have it in stock. The price was fair - and besides the dealer being authorized to honor the warranty, I get such a positive feeling of honesty from the dealer, and a clear focus on my needs, that I'd really hesitate to buy a brand that they carry elsewhere. A great place - in all the locations! I dealt with the Somers Point, NJ store this time - but have had equally positive experiences in Marlton, NJ & Villanova, PA.

I'm in Florida for the winter right now and they were kind enough to mail my watch back to me down here. When I was in a store I was very impressed with their selection and actually purchased an additional bracelet from Jim, which he kindly sending along with my watch as well. Highly recommend this jeweler. Next time I'm back in New Jersey I'm looking for something special for my wife, this is the place I'm going.

Not the best watch, so after a few months it quit working, and I figured it might be the battery. But then took it to an "authorized" Tissot repair shop in Cranberry, PA and even with the new battery it died a couple months later. I almost gave up on it, until I met Robin. While in Atlantic City, I walked into Design Jewelry and was warmly greeted by Robin and by the end of the visit I felt like family. I explained my situation and she suggested not only replacing the battery but having a look at the engine to get a better idea of what we were working with. Not only did they fix the watch, but aside from a battery replacement every 2-3 years, it has been working flawlessly. I trust no one else to fix my watch and have been mailing it to Design Jewelry ever since just to have the battery replaced. Thank you so much for the exceptional service and consistent care! Terrible experience at this store. The owner was extremely unprofessional. She did not take the…read moretime, nor seemed to have the skill, to provide a clear aligned vision of the expectation of an expensive new mount for a diamond ring. When I was unsatisfied with the outcome the owner again couldn't be bothered to speak with me in a professional manner and blamed me for not understanding the details that go into jewelry making. Isn't that what she's supposed to do? Make her customers understand and/or dare I say satisfied? Her staff apologized to me under their breath in fear of retribution.
