The worst groom any of my pets have ever received. First, The groomers showed up an hour late. That would've been fine had they listened to my instructions regarding the cut I wanted for my Goldendoodle. This was her first cut. She did not have a single knot on her coat as I brush her hair daily, twice a day and on rainy days even more frequently. I spoke to Mischka, the groomer and her assistant. I showed them a picture of what I had in mind for my pup's cut and asked if they could do it, but that I wanted her hair longer than the picture shown, albeit the same style. They showed me some pictures of previous grooms they had done which they felt might work and I rejected all of them, as not a single one reflected what I was asking them to do, because they were ALL short cuts and I had already stated several times during our conversation that I DID NOT WANT A SHORT CUT! They were both very nice and pleasant during our conversation and confirmed they would not cut her hair short. I introduced them to my pup, to which Mischka commented how well taken care of she was, how nice her coat was and how she wished that all doodle owners brushed their dogs daily so their coats would not get matted. She followed these comments by stating that another client had recently complained about her in a review because she had shaved down her dog. who allegedly was not brushed properly and was matted. After listening to her tirade about her negative review (I'm hindsight, that should've been my cue to terminate the groom), I again, emphatically repeated not to cut my dog's hair short. After a few minutes, they called me outside to the truck to show me what the length would look like using what they stated was the longest length possible with their machine. I agreed to the length shown because I was able to stretch my pup's coat and it was still about 2 to 2.5 inches long. When she knocked on my door to return my puppy to me I was in disbelief! She had cut all my puppy's hair short!!! I felt like I had given them my beautiful Puppy, with her long, unmatted, healthy coat and what I got back was an entirely different dog. She didn't even look like my pup. I was speechless they didn't listen to a word, I said, in spite of the numerous repetitions not to cut my pup's hair short, and even showing them a picture. They basically gave her the cut that they had shown me from their previous grooms and that I had unequivocally rejected. The worst part, however, was that my dogs behavior changed. She was sad, refused to eat, didn't want to potty and refused to play (which is her favorite thing in the world). I love my pup so much and this broke my heart. My kids kept asking me why our puppy was so sad. I made an attempt to inform Mischka that I was unhappy, but her reply was that they had shown me the length when they called me to the truck and that I had agreed. However, she failed to accept that what they showed me was not what they did. No responsibly was taken whatsoever for their blatant disregard for a customers repeated, clear and simple instructions and only a half apology, followed by a "it's your fault you agreed to what we showed you" statement was received. My puppy didn't have a single knot in her coat, but they shaved her hair to barely a .5 inch. Completely disappointed by this groom. read more

It isn't easy to find a groomer who can groom poodle hair correctly. Most groomers I would go to left my toy poodle shaved completely. Well that changed yesterday when I had Exclusive Pet Grooming come to my house. They took such good care of Lucy. They explained everything about what they were going to do. When the groomer was done, Lucy looked like a puffy white poodle instead of a naked mole rat. She also told me how Lucy reacted to her cutting her nails. I can see a love for dogs in their technique. First time with EPG and truly loved it! So eyes cane to our home earlier than our Appt time which was amazing and did a fantastic job. She was so great with both of our boys. My two golden doodles had grooming appointments today. I was excited for them to get groomed because I heard great things about this business. However, one of my dogs was groomed terribly. The groomer, Mischka, although very nice, came to me during the grooming session and said that my dog was having an allergic reaction in her belly. I was confused because my dog did not have any sores or rashes on her belly. The left side of her belly was red, raw, and her skin was peeling. It looked like a burn. Mischka and her husband both claimed that it was due to an allergic reaction to food. This makes no sense because no allergies would cause blistering and peeling of the skin, especially no food allergy. My dog woke up this morning with absolutely no rashes or burns on her belly. I'm extremely disappointed with how they both tried to cover it up when they should've been honest about the situation. I called and spoke to Gabriel and another assistant and they both played it off like it wasn't a big deal. I would not recommend this place read more

Ive been using Exclusive Pet Grooming for about a year now, Remy is amazing with our fur baby Roxie Heart. I've used other groomers in the past, never a home service BUT regardless never did she get excited for grooming, it would break my heart every time I had to take her. With Remy she jumps out of my arms, she so excited to see him & Remy shows her just as much love back. She returns just as happy as she left, this was not always the case in the past. I recently purchased a puppy for my girls for Xmas. Before I picked him up to bring him hm I researched on Yelp for groomers near me. I saw that a couple of ppl gave good reviews for this particular one so I bookmarked it to give them a try. I called and left a message and the owner got back to me a few hours later. He was very eager to make the appointment and professional. I never got to meet him, but my husband did and thought the same. I wasn't too pleased with the dogs cut. He just trimmed the end hairs. I thought it was a waste of $45 bucks. He claimed that he couldn't give it the cut we were expecting because he would look bald and something about baby hair on the dog. I tried calling him and texting a month later to try him again but just explain to him how I did not like the cut and how I would like it. He never returned my call nor text msg. Mind you he called back from just one ph call before. I ended up using a groomer that my nail tech uses and the cut that Exclusive Pet Grooming claimed they couldn't do, this groomer did it way better than I expected. I explained to my new groomer what happened and she kindly explained maybe they did not know how to do the cut. I'm starting to think that lol. I can say that the owners are nice and professional that's why I called back to try and get serviced again. But if they felt they couldn't groom my puppy the way I wanted, they could've at least called me back instead of ignoring the calls. Our transaction was pleasant so don't know why (Kanye shrugs). You can try them out and they maybe able to make you and your pet happy, but I wasn't and when I tried to give them a second try before this review they didn't even bother for whatever reason. read more

We have been using Jay for over 2 years for our two cockapoos. We have taken our dogs to at least 5 other groomers before we found Jay and had bad experiences all over town. The dogs would be kept in cages for hours before and after their grooming and it was always someone different doing the cut, therefore it would be a different cut every time and we never knew what we would get. Not to mention we'd have to drive the dogs and pick them up taking time from work, or leaving the dogs at super busy places on the weekends. Then the happy day came when I passed Jay's van on the street and thought to myself how nice the van looked compared to other mobile groomers I've seen. I wrote down his number, and the rest is history. These guys do an amazing job every single time. I trust them to take good care of my babies, and don't have to worry about the dogs being caged or mistreated by random employees at regular doggie salons. Exclusive may be a little more expensive than the salons around town but you get what you pay for in quality, convenience, and confidence. read more

*BEWARE* If I could give a 1 star rating I would. I'm not really sure where to start. I've been a client for almost a year and I have never in my life have encountered such an unprofessional company in my life. 4 times in a row that they have been late and more than 2 hours. I know their website says that they have a 2 hour period from your appointment time.... But they do say that they will contact you ASAP if there are any issues. "Each client is important and we do our very best to stay on time--if an unforeseen event occurs, we'll contact you as soon as possible." If that's the case, I think you should be nice enough to contact the client and let them know you are running being. I just believe that that's common decency. You can't use the excuse that you though they work from home to justify not letting the client know that you are going to be coming closer to the 2 hour period. You know that this company only puts on a show for their Instagram when they have lost their groomers as well and cannot find new ones to hire. That's maybe why they keep running behind. After one of my Australian Shepherd got groomed by them, I had to rush her to the vet as she was gagging and coughing after cleaning. Vet said it could have been the way they held the dog. I never complained. One time owner had to return to our home after the last groomer did a horrible job. Unacceptable. But the part that is the best... is when I tried to call the owner out for at least not letting us know that she would be running late... this is how she spoke to me (see below). If as an owner you decide to treat a customer as Exclusive Pet Grooming did, then the customer can decide to share the subpar services that were rendered to all. I'm so sorry but this is beyond unacceptable. Here are some Instagram comments that others have posted and this is how they respond. Please check their Instagram and see how those comments are now deleted. Extremely professional right? It's a shame because the only groomers that they have left are pretty good at what they do. Whatever you do... do NOT book with Pilly (the owner). She tried to insult me saying that my dogs are matted.... Absolutely they are, that's why I hire groomers like them to detangle and cut their hair. I'm so sorry my two small Maltese and Cotton de Tulear LOVE running out side in the grass, swimming and getting wet, and my favorite, rolling around in the mud! Sorry I like to have my dogs live their life to the fullest. I treat my dogs with respect, unlike you guys who have had to make me take my dog to the hospital TWICE because of gagging and choking right after her grooming service. Did you think you would get away with that? The vet literally said, and I quote.... Your dog had the collar on so tight that she could barely breathe and she was choking. Now she is super sore and will continue coughing for a couple of days. This has happened TWICE. Pilly or any one from Exclusive Pet Grooming, please spare me with your rebuttal. It would be nice if you guys could be accountable. When I moved to the Miami area I was excited that exclusive pet grooming came with high reviews, my fur baby has always had a wonderful groomer. However, they were constantly asking to come earlier than the scheduled time due to cancellations, as both of us work this became a problem, then the last few visits seemed hurried and though he looked groomed his skin was not cleaned and his coat turned a pewter color( my baby is Snow White) . He is an inside dog and the color would not brush out, he also began scratching and licking constantly which he has never done. I took him to my vet to find out that the water used to bath him was infected with bacteria and fungus which had infected his skin, so $199 later his skin is now clearing. The vet pointed out the water is reused all day in the mobile vans and my dog was bathing in water that all dogs before him have used and one dog with issues can infect all dogs bathed after him. So lesson learned and we have found a wonderful groomer to care for my baby. read more

I called yesterday and today Pilly arrived on time to groom my 3 dogs. She was amazing! She's very calm, very sweet and did a beautiful job on all 3 of my boys. Prices are reasonable and the best part is you don't have to cart them to a salon and then have them crated for hours.
