Dr. Perrin and Berenice are amazing at what they do. The initial appointment takes about 45 minutes but its because you have your EKG taken and blood drawn. Your given a diet program which you have to follow if your really wanna lose weight. It works, it's doable and if I had know about it sooner I could have avoided a very frustrating year of being unhappy with the extra pounds. I hit 40 and went from freelance to an 60 hour week "desk job" all in the same year. 12 months later I had gained 9 pounds on top of always wanting to loose 5. I spent a year trying to lose the weight on my own and was only able to fluctuate within a 4 pound window. So when I saw an interesting email promoting Execuslim, I let my friend convince me to try it. It's important to mention that I do not eat fast food and limit sugary treats, so when I say I really tried on my own to lose 10 pounds, I mean it. I eat veggies, I take my vitamins I exercise at least 3 times a week. If you can relate to this, I cannot recommend Execuslim more. Dana and Cherie are charming and supportive. They both are great with any questions you may have and are always available by email, which was good for me since I began on a Friday and was still getting used to everything during that first weekend. It may seem a little pricey if you add up the total cost, but you pay an entry fee and then weekly - plus vitamins and if you do exactly what is prescribed, you will lose 10-20 pounds of fat in a month. Then the second month is just a low fee maintenance plan, (where I actually lost another 3 pounds without really trying!!!) to make sure you are ready to go it alone. You wont be spending a lot on food and if you are like me, you will be saving tons by not buying new "fat" clothes. I am now fitting into everything in my closet and since some of it was too tight for a while, it feels like I bought a new wardrobe without spending a dime, so you'll save money there too. I have been going to Execuslim for the past of couple of years. Initially I was able to lose 25 pounds under a Dr. Supervision and have been able to maintain it since that time. I think everyone there is awesome especially Jazmine. She is so knowledgeable on nutrition and very supportive of your goals. I could not have done it without her help.. After seeing two co-workers start to look like tiny actresses I learned that they both were going to Execu Slim. I knew it was time for me. They delivered! I've lost about 30 pounds and it was smooth sailing. It's all medically supervised. The plan is easy enough to follow and I was able to customize it to the foods I prefer. Won't lie the prescription appetite suppressant was a huge help especially at first. And it didn't make me jittery. But after a few months I took it less and less.
