Extremely disgusting what I have experienced I've been bringing my vehicles to Jimmy Luca for almost 10 years now, and this will definitely be the last time. I brought my car to get fixed about a month ago Jimmy himself filed the claim on behalf of my mother being that the car was under her name and I was not on her insurance policy. With that being said getting in contact with him it was honestly impossible thank God for Kevin because he was the only one who knows how to run that business. After not being notified last Thursday that the car was ready to be picked up I then found out today that it actually was taken off the lot by Jimmy himself and I don't know what was going on this weekend but all I know is that I kept getting notifications from my Mercedes me app displaying that the car was being turned off and turned on and moved from place to place and I didn't think anything of it because I had a great relationship with Jimmy- or so I thought I did. Fast forward to this morning when he miraculously appeared for the first time since God knows when explaining that my car miraculously was stolen off the lot when I was later informed that it was in fact taken off the lot on Thursday and was not there this morning when he claimed that the car was stolen. I soon found out that he had taken it upon himself as per my mother's request to drop the vehicle off at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa and I found out that he forged her signature upon drop off completely lied to me about the car being stolen like I'm a jack ass which I am far from stupid just as he claimed that he as he threatened me through texts, and now has committed insurance fraud on behalf of my mother illegally signing her name on a document which was confirmed that it was dropped off by him and has his hand writing along with her signature signed by him. I then had to notify the police what was going on as well as the insurance company I will never be a client of Executive Auto Collision ever again after the way I was treated today I never thought that the person who I considered a friend would ever speak to me the way he did, blatantly lie to me multiple times and then try to spin this like it wasn't his fault and he had nothing to do with it when he had everything to do with it. I am completely disgusted and this is not the end of what he has done along with my mother leading me to believe my car was stolen and then also retracting his story saying that the car was repossessed. I now have a court case on my hands job well done. read more

Great experience. We reached out to FB for someone to refer a good auto body shop as our minivan was struck pretty hard while parked. A few people said Executive Auto of Hicksville. My wife left a message after hours and they responded immediately. When we brought the car there, Kevin was very assuring that he'll be working with us and the Ins company anyway he can to make this as painless as possible. And they delivered beyond our expectations. We got a loaner car from them directly and the repairs were done exactly when promised. Jen in the office and Kevin kept us in the loop the whole time and the repairs came out like nothing ever happened --spot on workmanship. At the end when we had an insurance issue, Kevin worked with us without any hesitation. They went above and beyond what we expected. I can't say enough good about our experience here. Other places lack the communication and customer service that you'll get here. My wife and I felt they understood the anxiety we go through as a customer walking in with a damaged car. That's something you can't teach people. You either understand what the customer is going through or you don't. A few weeks later I needed a glass repair on another car. Here's how that went: Car dropped off on Sunday night after hours with a note that the windshield is broken. BEWARE. If there was a zero star rating that's what I would give because that's what this shop truly deserves. PLEASE READ WHOLE THING. I was referred here by a very good friend of mine who knew the owner jimmy. After crashing my new car I had just bought 5 days prior I had faith I was in good hands. Unfortunately I was not. When jimmy could not guarantee that his shop could not fix my car I was forced to go elsewhere. When the second shop went to pick up my car I was informed that the car was not being released until Monday (3 days later) why? Because they wanted to make money somehow if they were not getting the job. When the second shop finally was able to pick up my car the bill was over $2000!!!!! They did not even touch my car. Never mind the fact that I was able to pick up the car the day of and against my will they would not let me pick it up until 3 days later. On top of all this things were taken out of my glovebox including a folder with every piece of paper I got from when I bought the car including title, copy of liscence, social security number, birthdate etc. BUT IT GETS BETTER. I had written a bad review once before and was THREATENED to take it down! "Nassau county crime stoppers" called my dad saying they are going to sue me for harassment for writing a bad review. I decided to take the review down because me and my family have already been through enough but after speaking with the precinct and a lawyer I am now well aware that there is no crime in a personal opinion. Bad reviews go a long way and Jimmy did everything he could not to have this review jeopardize his business. Trying to find someone with a good reputation and great quality of work was very hard. Geico had tried to send me to one of their "program facilities" but I was apprehensive. Upon the recommendation of some friends and family members I called Jimmy at Executive. My car was not drive-able so Jimmy arranged to have it picked up from my house and a rental was delivered to me. Tommy, the tow truck driver was professional and very helpful and even helped me transfer my belongings from my car into the rental vehicle. I just got my car back and it looks brand new!!!! My car was towed here by a miscommunication and There was $200 missing out of the car as well as a $300 pair of raybans. It was held over the weekend and when we drove by the windows to the car were open all weekend long. But when we arrived, of course they were closed. I was then told the car wasn't even there and I would be called when It was. I then explained to him that I just looked threw the fence and saw my car. He also charged $1,000 for a 2 day holding! He charged city rates and said "I'll see you in small claims court" They also would not release the car to us as we wanted to take it somewhere else. After 40 minutes of arguing and threatening to call the cops, he finally let me sign a form regarding releasing the car. He then ripped the form up and when I asked him for a copy, he had to write up a new form. save yourself the headache, money and take your car somewhere else. read more

Being in a car accident is extremely stressful, The entire staff at Executive Auto Collision were a breath of fresh air to work with. They were all very accommodating, knowledgeable, and sincere. My wife was hit from behind by a large SUV and her car was an absolute wreck. Executive came to the scene of the accident to get the car and I was able to get a rental car at the Executive office. The staff all ensured me that my wife's car would look like new when it was done. I had my doubts because I had been in car accidents before and told the same thing by other collision companies, but i was not pleased with the work they did.
