Extremely disgusting what I have experienced I've been bringing my vehicles to Jimmy Luca for almost 10 years now, and this will definitely be the last time. I brought my car to get fixed about a month ago Jimmy himself filed the claim on behalf of my mother being that the car was under her name and I was not on her insurance policy. With that being said getting in contact with him it was honestly impossible thank God for Kevin because he was the only one who knows how to run that business. After not being notified last Thursday that the car was ready to be picked up I then found out today that it actually was taken off the lot by Jimmy himself and I don't know what was going on this weekend but all I know is that I kept getting notifications from my Mercedes me app displaying that the car was being turned off and turned on and moved from place to place and I didn't think anything of it because I had a great relationship with Jimmy- or so I thought I did. Fast forward to this morning when he miraculously appeared for the first time since God knows when explaining that my car miraculously was stolen off the lot when I was later informed that it was in fact taken off the lot on Thursday and was not there this morning when he claimed that the car was stolen. I soon found out that he had taken it upon himself as per my mother's request to drop the vehicle off at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa and I found out that he forged her signature upon drop off completely lied to me about the car being stolen like I'm a jack ass which I am far from stupid just as he claimed that he as he threatened me through texts, and now has committed insurance fraud on behalf of my mother illegally signing her name on a document which was confirmed that it was dropped off by him and has his hand writing along with her signature signed by him. I then had to notify the police what was going on as well as the insurance company I will never be a client of Executive Auto Collision ever again after the way I was treated today I never thought that the person who I considered a friend would ever speak to me the way he did, blatantly lie to me multiple times and then try to spin this like it wasn't his fault and he had nothing to do with it when he had everything to do with it. I am completely disgusted and this is not the end of what he has done along with my mother leading me to believe my car was stolen and then also retracting his story saying that the car was repossessed. I now have a court case on my hands job well done. read more

This is the SECOND time, I've brought my truck into Executive Auto Collision. It's also the second time in the past 2 years some moron rear-ended me while texting on the Southern State Parkway. The second the accident happened, I knew I was going to Executive, and I even suggested the other car go too, but he lived in Pimona NY, wherever the heck that is, and it was just too far for him. Anyway, Jimmy and his crew did a great job on my truck, it looks brand new and even smells new because they DETAILED the entire truck, even though it was just the back bumper and hatch that needed repair. I have sent people to this shop before because I know they are going to be treated well and the service is as good as it gets. My friends always thank me because Jimmy has the best staff that make them feel like they just bought a new car, complete with little goodie-bags filled with Travel Mugs, hand sanitizers, flashlights , pens and other assorted knick-knacks. They don't really need to do that because you're just happy to see the great condition your vehicle is in, but I guess the advertising doesn't hurt. Anyway, long story short, take your vehicle there if you were in a major crash or if you just have a scratch that annoys the hell out of you. You're going to be treated nicely and you're not going to pay with an arm or a leg. read more

My brand new BMW 550I xdrive was hit by another vehicle causing damage to the back, side and ripping off the front bumper. I was devastated to say the least. My first thought was to take it to the dealership collision center and have them fix it. Executive showed up at the scene and told me that they would fix my car and make it look brand new again. I was very skeptical, especially with a 90,000 dollar vehicle. I didn't have a ride so I tagged along with them to hear what they had to say. I met Jimmy and his staff at his office. I was impressed by how clean his shop was and how organized they were. I was treated like VIP and Jimmy was very knowledgeable about his craft and explained in detail how my BMW was going to be taken care of. When my car was finished you could not tell that there was any damage done to it and it looked like it just came out of the dealership. I highly recommend Jimmy and his staff to anyone that needs there car fixed. Top of the line work and excellent staff members that will answer your questions to include a rental car shop on the premises. I love driving my car and still catches everyone's eye when they see it. First, I just want to say thank you to the "whole" staff at Executive Auto Collision. My vehicle was hit almost head on by a drunk driver on 11/08/18. Car was given to Executive Auto Collision, Tommy. Rental was supplied. Vehicle was repaired and returned about 9 days later. My car was detailed in and out. Just like another reviewer stated, minor chips and scratched were touched up and buffed out. This was a pleasant surprise. Something that was not expected or requested. Other body shops that I have used in the past, other than a car wash, never detailed after the repair was completed. As a matter of fact, my wife's car was returned with body shop dust on the car dash and interior along with new scratches no where near the original damage. I maintain all of the cars in my family and know what's old or new damage. Sorry for the long review, but I just want to let everyone know that you have a better chance of being more than satisfied at Executive Auto Collision after a repair than most other shops in the area. I everyone at Exectuive collision, and the owner Jimmy has saved my family in crisis on numerous occasions. Several years ago my wife and daughter were in a very bad wreck on the Meadowbrook pkwy(also same morning my house had a pipe burst and flooded). Absolute day from Hell ! I called Jimmy while following the ambulance to the hospital, told him the situation and he said the exact words I needed to hear at the moment, "ok, calm down, take care of your family, I got this" He had a truck pick up my wife's car and secure it's valued contents left inside, immediately. I'll never forget that, Jimmy, Thank you !! Just recently, both of my cars took on damage from two separate accidents. Being busy working parents it seemed impossible to even find the time to get the cars to the shop during the day. Again Jimmy saved us, he sent Tommy (very professional) to our house with a rental and swapped both of our cars out at different times to get them fixed. This is truly as good as it gets when it comes to an auto body repair. After a devastating accident, there is so much to worry about: from injuries, to lawsuits, to car repair. Luckily, I entrusted my car to Jimmy and the boys at Executive and learned rather quickly that once the car was in their hands, I was free to take care of all the other issues associated with a car accident. Words cannot express how valuable it is to be able to leave your car at such a stressful time in the hands of Executive. They were spectacular.... can one really get this level of service in New York, particularly on Long Island, these days? Not in my experience. As an attorney, I regularly see auto body shops take advantage of good people and scam insurance companies and citizens alike.. but not Executive. They are extremely professional, reasonably priced, and efficient. Not only does the car look fantastic, but it was finished two days before the promised date! Fortunately I didn't have to come here for auto damage. Instead a great friend recommended I bring my 2006 Ford F-250 Crew Cab King Ranch Edition pickup truck to be detailed. In case you don't know this vehicle it's the size of a small bus plus I have a high boy cap on the bed. Most places say it's to big for there shop or they don't have time to detail something that big. Well a big thank you to James and his crew. Not only did they accept the challenge but they went above and beyond to make this old truck shine. When I arrived to pick it up I was stunned to see it. I haven't seen the metal flake sparkle in the paint in a few years. Even the inside was perfect. It looked like a mirror showroom finish. Thanks again for the outstanding job. Last May, I had a slight fender bender when the lady stopped short and my brand new car had the most damage. This review was for some work I had done at Executive Auto in April. My car was a lease that was due back on a Saturday and some dope did a nice number on my car while it was parked in front of my house on Friday. Jimmy sent out a truck at midnight to get my car so they could start it immediately. My car had to be back in the dealership in 10 days or I would be hit with a late charge. Jimmy and his staff did a wonderful job to get my car done in a timely fashion and to ensure it was back in tip top shape. He even returned my car to the dealership to me to ensure it would arrive safely. Jimmy made a nightmare situation an absolute dream for me. This is truly the best auto body shop around. Everything was perfect from the first phone call inquiring about getting my car fixed to the completion of it. Jimmy is so nice and he goes out of his way to do everything at your convenience and to make it an excellent experience! My car was involved in a hit and run and that's all I had to do was make a phone call. My car was totaled in late November, and Johnny and his team were the most caring and through group of professionals. In a time where I was an emotional mess they reassured me that everything would be handled and put me at ease.
