Jess took all the info and started handling all communication with insurance and enterprise even before we drove our car there. We got a free car rental and the insurance company accepted responsibility right away! The car we got back looked and felt brand new! All the parts were authentic with receipts available upon request. I brought my wife's 2020 Lexus RX 350 to Hennig's after she once again hit a non-moving object. These guys are THE BEST! They took on all the paperwork, rental car stuff, etc. and made the transaction seamless. The best part is the car came out great, paint match was spot on and they beat the schedule they gave me by a couple of days. Right from the beginning Anthony was honest and compassionate, which means a lot when your car is busted up. Hennig collision were the only people i need to speak to from the tow, to fixing the car. He stayed in touch with me the whole way while explaining what was happening and why from day to day. When parts needed to be ordered (GM parts, not random brand) and he realized my insurance covered rental would be past its coverage- Anthony went out of his way to extend my free rental at no fee. After that he was able to save me a TON of money by eating the deductible, i could have cried. This place made a really bad day tolerable just by being good people. They were so easy to deal with and knew what I needed to do every step of the way with my insurance, rental car, etc. The work was done quickly and they kept me informed of the status every step of the way. My car was hit again recently and I called them on a Sunday-- they were closed but still answered the phone and told me to drop it off first thing Monday. We brought in our 2007 Honda Odyssey after I accidentally scraped the back driverside retractable door and bumper. It was a big job because the door had significant damage and needed to be taken off to be properly repaired. In less than two weeks, I had what looked like a brand new car back, all shiny and immaculate inside.
