I bought a 2012 Nissan Altima from this dealership on the first week of December 2019. I loved the car when I first saw it, they stated that the car was in perfect condition and they assured they knew it was handled properly by the previews owner. I drove it home that day and the check engine light came on, so I spoke to the dealer and they asked me to bring it back within the next couple of days, so I did. When I took it back they went to look at it and to put the computer to check exactly what was wrong. They said the light was coming up because I was supposedly getting gas with the car on, which sounded very strange to me. The day later the light came back on so I notified them AGAIN, I didn't want to drive there again because it's an hour away from where I live but since they never called me to notify me that my plates came and I was almost driving around with expired plates I had to go back. When I go there I talked to Frank and he went to see the car again and erased the code. I told him that they have done that before and it keeps coming back up. So he took me to his people that fix the cars from them but they couldn't see what it was because he had previously deleted the code. So he told me to get it check out and to call him back and let him know which part it was so they could order it, and I did. I called 5 times in the matter of 2 weeks and i couldn't get ahold of Frank, and most of the time I spoke to John and I gave him all the information multiple times so he could talk to Frank or if he could contact me. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I only had 14 days since I got my registration to get the car inspected. That's why I was being so insistent. I notified them of that situation but they didn't care. I kept on calling so they finally told me to get the car fixed and that they will pay for the bill, so I did. I got the car fixed and the Mechanic sent over the invoice to them. (Mind you I go there sometimes to do office work.) John calls the owner and tells him that they are not paying for it that the warranty will. So I decided to call him, and he was being the most unprofessional and rude person that I have talked to saying that they ripped me off because I was a woman and that they could have gotten the piece for half the price..... SO WHY DIDNT THEY? At the end of the argument, he says he will call the warranty to see how much they will cover and that they will take care of the rest. So I waited. ALMOST A MONTH PASSED BY and I am getting charged for this bill that they said they will pay. So I decided to send a formal letter to notify them that if they don't take care of this I will proceed legally. So as soon as John received the letter he calls me saying he will send over a check. I gave them a max of 10 days to take care of it and its been almost 2 weeks. I CALLED THEM AGAIN and John said he will look into it and called me back. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. And when I called he stated that he hasn't the time. EXCUSE ME???? DONT YOU THINK YOU SHOULD GIVE PRIORITY TO SOMEONE THAT YOU BEEN FOOLING AROUND FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS? !!!!!!!!!!AND LET ME TELL YOU THAT THE TRANSMISSION ON THE CAR BLEW AND IT WAS $3,000 TO GET IT FIXED!!!!!!!! I BOUGHT THIS CAR 3 MONTHS AGO!!!!!!!!! Buying from a dealership is supposed to go smoothly and the business is supposed to guarantee customer satisfaction!! THIS HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE!!!
