After an hour and a half in the chair, there were still visible patches of hair on both my head and face, which completely defeats the purpose of a skin shave. I called the shop afterward to explain my frustration, and to the owner's credit, he offered to make it right. I went back at 7:15 p.m., and he took care of it properly, and I left satisfied. As a gesture of appreciation for him taking the time to fix it, I even bought him a nice cigar. While I was there, I scheduled another appointment with him for today at 11 a.m.; he put it on his calendar, and I built my day around that time.
