I will never not use a car service again!! I have a lot of anxiety about being a passenger, but I have a lot more anxiety about driving all the way to SoFi/the Forum and paying the excessive amount of money to park my car and then the stress of having to find a way out of the parking lot. I made the reservation the morning of the concert at The Kia Forum and right away my first driver Laco texted me and let me know that he was my driver and he confirmed the address and drop off. He was early, texted us and said take your time. We got in the car, which was clean, cool, and smelled nice and we began our journey. I was able to have a fully present conversation with my niece as we drove (with our complimentary chilled water bottles). Less than an hour later we were at the forum, Laco gave us tips on how to get our pickup ride and told us to be careful as we got out of the car. It was like having your very kind and lovely uncle drop you off. The concert was set to end between 11 and 1130 so we were unsure how that would work. Our pickup driver Carmello texted us a google pin and we walked across the street and waited for him to pick us up. Turns out he was already there!! He opened the car doors for us and to my surprise the music from the artist at the concert was playing on the car radio! Turn it up Carmello!! to top it off there were 2 bags of Kettle Corn flavored pop corners and 2 bottles of water. We were home safely in no time!! Sarahy, our driver arrived in a new Cadillac Escalade, complete with treats and bottled water for our early morning ride to LAX from Orange County. She had texted me the night before my reservation welcoming me and letting me know that she'd would be arriving on time. It was fortunate that she did, as I had learned a few minutes earlier, that the airlines required us to be there early in order to check our bags. This required us to be picked up an hour earlier than our scheduled time. I did not hear back from Sarahy as she had already gone to bed for the evening, but she did text me first thing in the morning letting me know she received my message and would do everything she could to get us to the airport on time. Long story short, Sarahy arrived promptly with a smile on her face, quickly got our bags in the car, made sure we were seated and comfortable, and 40 minutes later, we were on time, standing in line checking in our bags at LAX. Sarahy is very knowledgeable about LAX and the Airlines and has lots of information about Los Angeles and Orange Counties. She is courteous, professional, and accommodating. After he was assigned our transport request, he contacted us via text message to confirm the pick-up time, and to provide his information so we could contact him when we arrived. He again confirmed the above the day of our flight. Once we arrived and picked up our luggage, we contacted him at the passenger pick-up area, and he arrived within five minutes. He was friendly, professional, and personable. He also provided a photo of his vehicle and license plate so we could easily spot him as he pulled up to meet us. The luxury SUV/limousine was immaculate, supplied with bottled water, and roomy, with relaxing low music and air conditioning. He arrived at our destination quickly, unloaded our luggage, and we had a friendly goodbye. We would use Executive again when we travel, and we would especially request Sandro as our driver. Absolutely stellar experience! My brother was flying into LAX with my sister-in-law and three young kids. Wanted to give them a stress-free arrival into LAX, which most know is nearly impossible to do. Executive Car Service and their driver Oscar Landeros did the impossible and provided my brother and his family the absolute best experience. The night before the flight Oscar, texted both my brother and I to confirm details and pick-up time. My brother texted him when he landed the next morning. Oscar was their promptly and arrived to LAX beforehand, awaiting their arrival. Oscar then proceeded to drive them to Santa Barbara and stopped at In & Out along the way. Oscar's vehicle was equipped with TVs, snacks and drinks! My brother and sister in law couldn't stop raving about it!! My nephew even asked for a hug when they pulled up to our home!! My elderly Mom and I traveled across the country and were tired! "Oscar L" from Executive Car Service was waiting for us at baggage claim at LAX w/ a sign w/ out names on it. We spotted him right away and he helped us get the 4 large checked bags outside. My Mom was exhausted, so "Oscar L" told us we could wait at this quiet spot while he went to get the car out of the parking lot across from baggage claim. He helped us get our two cats we were traveling with in the SUV and helped my Mom. His SUV was super clean and comfortable."Oscar L" is a great person and so very nice. Executive Car Service took us from LAX to Disneyland Hotel. There were 4 adults and a toddler with a car seat so we needed a big car. We called our driver, George Hernandez, after we made it to the pick-up pillars. Once we were loaded up we were on our way. Anyone who has driven this route from LAX to Disneyland knows what a bear it can be...and we were right in the middle of rush hour traffic. George was as kind as kind can be. He was so patient and gracious as our almost-3-year old toddler chatted the ENTIRE way. Our return trip was out of John Wayne airport in Orange County. Much to our delight, George was our driver! Again he was as nice as nice can be...and again our toddler had a lot to say. George was just as patient and gracious with our toddler as he had been on our original trip. I recently had an outstanding experience with Executive Car Service LAX and our driver, Anna. Anna picked us up from LAX and dropped us off at Disneyland. At the end of the week she picked us up from Disneyland and took us back to LAX. It was 3 adults and 2 kids with lots of luggage- she had room for us all! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Anna arrived right on time, and the car was spotless, with booster seats already installed for my two young children. Snacks and drinks were thoughtfully provided, making the ride even more comfortable. Anna's driving was safe and efficient, and her communication before and during the trip was excellent. On our return trip, she even came early to ensure we made it to the airport on time. Not only was she professional and courteous, but her excellent music added a nice touch to the ride. I would highly recommend: Mario, Edwin, and Edson. All drivers were punctual (even when we requested an earlier pickup at the cruise terminal at the last minute!), polite, the cars were very clean, and they even stocked the cars with water, sodas and snacks. This car service was amazing. Our driver Anna was scheduled for an 0'dark-thirty pickup and she arrived early with smile & ready to work mindset! In 3 stops she picked up 4 women, with heavy bags, and a teenage-like unawareness of time. She herded us like kittens! Managing all bags (I don't know how she did that they were HEAVY) requisite pictures, hugs & bathroom breaks. She kept us gliding through dreaded LA traffic with aplomb. Lovely way to start our journey of a lifetime! The prices were beyond reasonable, and I nearly expected the paparazzi to be waiting for us when we swept out of the vehicle, after we arrived at our terminal with a smooth stop directly at curbside. Last night we booked their service for concert transportation and had the pleasure of Ali driving our three kids from Newport Beach to Kia Forum and back. My kids loved Ali and his kind, engaging nature. We are so appreciative that Ali helped make this experience such a fun one for my kids! We used a different service when we arrived at LAX, which was a disaster. Our experience with Executive was the polar opposite! We got a text directly from our driver, Francisco, the day before to introduce himself. We had contact again the morning of with addition information and a photo of the car. Francisco arrived early for the pickup and clearly communicated the pickup location. The car was spotlessly clean and Francisco was very well dressed. He handle all of our luggage, a LOT, after seating us in the car. He was very friendly and we enjoyed the ride immensely, which is saying something for being on the 405!
