Great service with clean and luxurious cars. Booking was easy and fast every time I've used them (4x so far). I had a slight hiccup recently where the driver didn't bring the correct size car seat but we were able to use my own and he made sure to be the driver on our return and brought it back for us. Three weeks ago, I went online to reserve a round trip to LAX for my vacation to Cabo. It took them over 4 days to confirm which they did. Received confirmation & everything. Then 2 days before my trip (which was a week after confirmation) I received email informing me that they were booked that day & could not pick me up! Really! It took you 7 days to figure that out!!! Well, naturally, I was upset & stressed because that meant I needed to find a ride at the last minute. Thankfully, I was able to use another company (#1 service). I do not recommend Executive Cat Service!!!! read more

Our flight from Rome on 9/28 was a half hour late and we were concerned that we might miss our Limo. But, driver William was way ahead of us. He explained that Executive Car Service is always monitoring flights, and adjusting drivers and schedules as necessary to make sure that no one is ever left behind. William contacted us a day ahead of time with his contact info. Then he maintained frequently contact after we landed to monitor our progress through Customs. He was curbside waiting for us and couldn't have been more helpful with our luggage. We always appreciate Executive's professional service with great cars and personable drivers. I booked the service online for pickup of two adults, two cats and two pieces of luggage at LAX take us to N. OC a week or two before our trip in Oct 2022. Because of the luggage and cats (in carriers) we didn't want to walk across the airport to the Lyft/Uber stand, and we couldn't really get a concrete estimate of the cost for Lyft or Uber. The Executive Car service picks you up at your arrival's terminal. The communication was near perfect throughout the transaction, with texts from the actual driver Ilian who was courteous and prompt. The only slight issue was that they didn't give a complete description of the vehicle which would have been helpful for us to identify them. We figured it out. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable, and the driver was very polite, offered us water and drove very safely. The cost was exactly as advertised with no surprises. Thanks read more

Don't use this company. Scheduled a car from LAX with these guys about a day before landing. They switched our driver several times while we were in the air, which I only figured out when I landed and started texting with someone who told me she was not the right contact. We deplaned, got through customs, and to the arrivals area and the driver told us he was at least a half hour away bc of traffic. I get that traffic is unpredictable and a part of life at LAX, but the whole point of booking a service in advance as opposed to calling an Uber is to avoid having to wait outside. So we grabbed an uber instead, and the company refused to give us a full refund. read more

I recently booked a limo to drive my family from the airport to Disneyland. It was booked months in advance. We departed the plane and our driver was no where to be found, I called executive car service only to get a voicemail. When they finally called after 45 minutes of waiting in the cold with 3 young children, we were told another 20 minutes. We waited for an hour and 20 minutes total in which the driver never arrived and executive car service finally texted and said they would be firing Troy and we should just get an Uber.they refunded me but this is extremely upsetting, This company is unresponsive and unreliable! The Uber arrived in 8 minutes and we had a seamless ride. read more

I scheduled a pick up from LAX to OC and the driver showed up over 40 minutes late. When I called she said she was in LAX and would pick us up in 5 minutes. She showed up 15 minutes later! When the company charged my credit card for the ride, I noticed the driver gave herself a 20% tip without my approval! When I called the company to ask about the additional charges, they gave me attitude and hurried me off the phone. Still waiting on the refund they said they would process. I would givee them 4.5 stars. I used this service from LAX to Orange County last month. I requested a reservation online about 10 days ahead of time. After 48 hours of not getting a confirmation, I called to verify. For some reason, they did not see the online request and had to look it up. They confirmed availability over the phone and I got a confirmation within 5 minutes. After that everything was smooth sailing. I got another confirmation the day before with our driver's name and contact info. Our driver, Cochise, was very communicative. He texted me letting me know that he was on his way and again when he arrived at LAX. I got the texts after our flight landed. We proceeded to the pick up area, texted him our location, and he was there within 10 minutes The full size SUV was practically brand new and very clean. Cochise was polite, courteous, and friendly. Getting to and from LAX has also been so stressful. I hope this is my long term solution. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. read more

I am relocating and I have 5 oversized suitcases. Robert is going to have the driver go into the airport with me and wait in line to check in my 5 oversized large suitcases. What company does this? Use them if YOU WANT to MISS YOUR FLIGHT. We received couple of reservation confirmation emails on May.14 from Executive Car Service (E.C.S.) for a R/T transportation between Malibu-LAX, starting on Jun.10. 12PM. On Jun.8, I called the E.C.S. to confirm the reservation; we received a following confirmation email that the company designated a driver for the Jun.10 12pm pickup. Our experience with other Car Service companies have been that the company made a phone call few hours before our trip followed by a confirmation call by their driver on their way to our house with an estimated approaching time, NOT this company. Not hearing from them, at 11:50AM, I called the company, was informed that the designated driver's car was broken (without informing us); a substitute driver was on its way, about 40minutes away! We rejected their service; tried to find a local Taxi, none available at the time, so we jumped in our car and rushed to the LAX; eventually found a parking lot with a free spot (these days, parking lots require a reservation). Driving to LAX was very stressful because of the time strain; we would had missed our River Cruise boat if missed the flight, consequently a costly trip to reach the boat. Thanks to the flight delay, we made it, 3 weeks parking at LAX was $385. This is a very irresponsible company; they care less that they can cause the customer a financial or other type of harms. AVOID THEM; they are not worth your time or your money. read more

I am more than disgusted. We were stranded at LAX on Sat, Oct 1. Confirmation received before five hour flight Newark to LAX. Marco would be driver and phone number included. Husband and I, 84 and 77 respectively and w wheelchair transport from plane to baggage area as we are both handicapped looked for driver. No Executive Car Service. Call to Marco yielded info that he was unable to come, but another driver had been assigned. Given number not in service to call. If we'd been younger and more mobile, would have simply grabbed luggage and found a cab. For us, not an option. LAX no longer allows cabs to area outside of baggage claim. Wheelchair agents from Alaska Air explained we'd need to transport by bus to cabs w high steps involved. Combination of agents and kind bus passengers assisted us up the stairs, grabbed luggage, gave us seats, and then assisted us off (actually lifting my husband). We still felt stranded until we saw that somehow the Alaska Agents had arranged for wheelchair transport to cabs, met us, hailed one and got our luggage inside. Much gratitude all around to Alaska Air and the many very kind bus passengers. When arriving home from out flight which had arrived at 7pm, we found a message from Jamal from Executive Car Service asking if we needed a ride and that he could be at airport from OC by 7:30 if necessary. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I'm wondering if they have changed ownership. We've used them in the past w no problem. However, there's simply no excuse for stranding passengers without a substitute driver waiting at the airport or a timely explanation. read more

When we realized that we left a phone at home, he turned around to take us back home to get it which we were very much grateful for since we would be gone a month. This is the worst car service I ever used. The driver Fernando had an attitude. I didn't know I was not allowed to ask to make a stop. That's fine. His car was warm and he played his music the whole time. Annoying music. Then he said I was self-centered for asking for a water bottle. The world doesn't revolve around me. It's Covid. This is so unprofessional. Such poor customer service. I will never use these people again. read more

I used this service for round trip transportation between my home in Orange County and LAX. They were on time for both rides. The communication was excellent. The cars were clean and the drivers courteous. It took me a long time to get our of the airport after my flight landed and the driver waited patiently with no problem. BEWARE! This company does not operate its own cars, but contracts each ride out to an independent. They have no way to control the quality of the service. On a recent trip from Rancho Santa Margarita to LAX, the driver showed up ten minutes late. He was an Uber Black driver! He was unfamiliar with the mobile billing app and wasted another 15 minutes being sure he got paid before he left the curb. Refused to take the toll road, costing another 15 minutes. Then he MISSED the exit to LAX despite me warning him twice! Resulted in another 20 minute delay reaching the airport. We ended up missing the 1 hour before flight bag check window by 2 minutes! As a result our flight to Mexico was cancelled and it cost us $2500 to rebook another flight the next day, plus one full day of our vacation. I will probably see these guys in court as I presume they will deny my claim. read more
