Recently, I took my filthy 2014 Fusion to Executive Car Wash hoping they could work on the inside as it had gone through several dust storms between CA and AZ. Earlier this week I had to go to the dump and drop off a few things. When I got into my car today, I could smell the dump. I sat in the car while it went through the machine, and exited at the area where they dry it and take care of the windows, interior & tires. I sat and watched the guy perform a very thorough job. We had somehow misplaced our antenna after the washer had handed it to us & didn't realize it until we got home. We searched the car & concluded it must be on the pavement or inside the car wash. We went back, both Elias & Jessica searched everywhere, in the car, on the pavement, in the waiting room. They went above & beyond even checking their cameras & calling us the next day. We finally found it in a strange spot inside the car where it had blended in! But Jessica & Elias gave fantastic customer service & went out of their way to help. read more

I am so disappointment I paid $30 plus a $5 tip for a hand wash plus a vacuum. I told the guy don't worry about my trunk he didn't need to clean it but please vacuum under my child booster seat and the seat cover. So 30 mins later he was done and I noticed there was marks all over the door still and I ask the manager to look at it and he told the guy to clean it again.. the guy look like I was bugging him and all mad like it not my fault you didn't clean my car right... then anyways drove off and there are water marks on my windows plus he didn't even vacuum under my seats,center console,under the seat cover and back seats still had stuff on them. My father recommended this place while I was in town visiting. I got there first thing, and as I pull up I am approached by a kid who asks me if I want a hand wash or machine wash. I ask him what comes with either wash. He says, "You'll have to ask my boss, I just started" So, I go inside, and the manager is running around. I ask him the same question. He replies "Machine wash, you got it" I repeat the the question. I decide on a hand wash. He says it'll be about an hour. I sit outside and wait. I see another kid being pulled over by the manager and see he is being out to work on a car with no idea what he is doing. The manager is also talking to him mentioning he hasn't filled out proper paperwork yet. Meanwhile, the only other actual uniformed employee is running around crazy trying to dry off the few cars ahead of me. Then he gets in my car, and the manager walks by and goes "we are taking to the machine for you right now" To which I stop him and say I said hand wash. He stops the frazzled employee from driving off in my car and the silliness I have been witness resumes. Between all that, reading Yelp reviews while I waited, and not a single mask being worn by anyone working there...I just left. I have no doubt they would have damaged my car or made some other error. Horrible !!! I'm not sure if the guy ever touched the exterior of my car other than cleaning the windows. They do as little as possible and hope that will fly. They've broken three things off of my car while cleaning the inside of the car and they didn't tell me about it, I brought it to their attention and of course they're not taking responsibility for it, I've paid over $140 for the things that they broke and a part just came today for something they broke about 2 weeks ago! Had to wait almost 2 weeks for the part because it came from the east coast! I will never do business with them again and if you want your car in tact when you leave there, than I suggest you not take your car there! Also someone mentioned something about the rudeness of the female working the cash register the one with the gross fingernails. On several occasions I've had to ask her for change so I could tip the guy that's cleaning my car and she has the biggest attitude when you ask her for change! One day, she slammed the change down on the counter and it took a lot for me not to rip her a new one because I know me, so I'm done with they place! read more

Very disappointed in the new owners and his policy of fewer workers. The place was packed as usual because they do excellent work when they have the manpower. With 4 young men working the line of 3 lanes packed with cars around to the exit of the car wash And one person per car in this heat is ridiculous! So I was there for nearly an hour watching my car baking in the Sun for 30 minutes. The pricing is high enough and the business is flourishing there is no reason why you cannot have 2 men per car in each lane. My husband and I have been going for 17 years and just last week I got a wash and interior carpet shampoo. It took 2.5 hours. Paid $60 and I even had to drive the car out of the detailing area myself because they all disappeared when I pointed out that they didn't vacuum the back hatch well enough. No manager at window and didn't even help after she came back. I also called later and got the same girl who said the manager will call back. No call backs. "Young" Max - you did an amazing job on my Lexus! Got a hand wash + wax plus my front carpets washed (for a descent price I should add) and dang, he left my car squeaky, sparkling clean! He made sure I checked out his work before moving on to his next car. I really appreciated that. These guys do amazing work, I've always left happy looking at my sparkling car! They did a great job on my car. It was a quick and easy process and I felt the cost was fair as well.

I came at 5:30pm & they were closed (suppose to close at 6pm). I understand if it was slow and they decided to close early. If I were one of the employees I'd be really happy to leave early too. I recently took two of my cars to this car wash for the first time. They use a metal pulley system to pull your car through the car wash. As I entered the car wash, I heard my wheels and tires being forced into their pulley track system. After having both cars washed, I noticed that three of my wheels had been damaged. I went back to discuss with the car wash Manager and he was not helpful, courteous or professional. He refused to take any responsibility and told me it was my fault. It will cost me over $375.00 to have my wheels repaired. I will never use ur recommend this car wash. Stay away! read more

Only reason i am taking a star off is i noticed the water smells a bit odd lately. i have unlimited car washes, which pays for itself, and everytime i go i am always greeted as i leave my car while i go to the gym (which is even more convienent) but still i wish the quality of the car wash itself should be addressed and resolved. Since CV-19 they have upped their prices. I guess it's because we are lucky to have them serve us. I am on a budget, would usually do the $7 on the Run Exterior only wash with a coupon and tip $3 for a weekly wash = $10. Now the most basic wash is $10 itself. Best "regular" car wash I have ever been to. Even for the low-end full service, they hand spray before the machine wash. They have a nice lounge with tv. They dry and vacuum the cars in the shade. Left the L.A fires with an extremely ashy and dirty car so I went to visit Palm Desert and get a quick exterior only car wash. I kind of had a panic attack sitting in the car with the machines coming at you. Not sure it is for me but for $7, just the outside and then a guy really wipes it down, did my tires, it was a great deal. I did tip him a lot because my car had so much soot on it. So when they're open it was great place. I've been coming here for he past 6 years regularly and then all of a sudden that went down hill. They changed to business hours however there never open on weekends. That was part of my routine go on Saturday then get my haircut. I've tried to go Saturdays and Sundays and they aren't ever open. This is THE BEST car wash around. They are so over your car you want to tell them "Enough Already." My car is like brand new when I leave. There isn't one spot that they don't get. The workers are pleasant. They place a towel on the floor board before they step In. They are all working and not yelling back and forth. There is a owner (possible) walking around helping out and it appears to be a foreman as well so as to keep everyone moving as the car wash gets REALLY crowded.. First time and last time. I paid 17.99 for the regular cleaning inside and outside. They charged me 25$ for cleaning my 2 front seats. I had to asked the to vacuum the car seat and clean the doors handles and they even clean the mirror that I gave to look my baby. Is hard to find a good place this days really. They don't take coupons anymore which makes it even worse by paying full price and not getting the great quality of service it used to have. With coupons before you got a great car wash.
