I got a $10 carwash for the price of a $30 carwash. By the time they started to dry off my car it was sitting there for 15mins and now i have water marks all over. Didn't really clean the inside so well. Left little pieces of red fibers from the guys towels all over the inside of my car. Most likely will not be coming back. read more

Bad service. Took my car in for a hand wash and was told they would wash my car after the truck they were washing. They told me to just go inside and pay and leave my keys with the cashier and so I did. I waited outside for 30 minutes and went to see if they had moved my car yet and they had not. We went to get our car washed specifically to get the inside cleaned up after a trip. Now then the interior was only a little rusty and two little spots on the door panels Wich only required a damp rag to clean off.they did vacuum the floor but none of the plastic panelings or dash where cleaned or at least not well, if I had known this was going to be the results I would have chosen the exterior wash only and had saved myself 11 dollars and vacuum it myself I do understand that it was busy but as an example the vehicle in front of mine wasn't done when mine was given back to me. I got the $17 car wash with cherry air freshener. Overall they are super quick. I was in and out in 20 minutes. My car looks good. It passes the first glance test. The exterior is shiny, the windows are clear, and the air freshener smells great. The 2 complaints I have is that the cup holder area isn't as clean as it could be. You can tell the sand and dirt just got wiped around and pushed to the sides. The bigger complaint is that they left a wet red towel on my white leather seats. I didn't notice it till I got to the bank. I took it off right away and threw it away. No harm. There should be a routine however to do a final walk around or inspection to make sure items aren't left behind. read more

I LOVE this car wash! Been coming here for years and it has the greatest service. The wash itself is very clean and safe with soft brushes for your car. You actually go through it and it kinda neat to see all the colored soap! Then when the employees dry it they do a great job and they especially concentrate on your rims and tires. Okay, I am ready to write my review. I signed up for the unlimited car washes and I couldn't be happier. I have been about 6 times since I have signed up last month, (yes cars get that dirty) and they have consistently delivered easily a 90% and above service. Of course they are not going to get every little tiny detail but damn they are pretty close. I recommend them to every and all friends and you guys! We have used this car wash for several years and never had a problem. CVWD changed our water pipes and dug up the streets. In doing so, while repaving, some of the material got on our cars. We immediately took the car to Executive, paid for the superwash ($30.00) and told them about the paving. When the car came out, the overspray was still on the card. On requesting the cleaner to do a better job at getting it off the window at least along with some areas on the car, he said he would get his supervisor. Out came a rude supervisor that stated the stuff had been on the car for months. That just was not true, as the streets had just been done. He refused to do anything and told us to go elsewhere, which is exactly what we did. I did call the business and spoke with a Crystal and asked to speak with the owner Brent, she told me he wasn't in, but would give him my message to call me. She had observed the confrontation and told me she would have her boss call. It has now been over a month and still no call. We are now using another car wash. The customer service here sucks, they act like they are doing you a favor instead of the job they have been paid and tipped for. I had already tipped him when I entered the car and saw the window still had the overspray on it. read more

Here's the #truth. I only went here cause it was the place open the latest on a #Sunday (which for people who run their weekly/monthly errands on Sunday this is a great fact), and because it promised to clean my #interior (vacuuming included) for under $20 (yay!). The greeter and cashier was the owner, Stephan, and he was #humble, #genuine, #caring, and a great business owner from what I can tell cause he gave me and other customers some conversation during our wait. I got the executive full. My rims shined despite all the times I jam them into curbs. My interior smelt yummy. And considering I use my car as my closet, changing room, kitchen table, smoothie mixer, etc for nearly 2 months and drove back and forth between Cali and Las Vegas 3x without getting a single wash ( I know, shame on me for abusing my baby ) it looks almost as sparkly clean as the day I drove it home from the dealership. #supershiny I WILL RETURN (sooner than last time) with my punchcard that Stephan offered to me! Very disappointed in my experience. I had some high hopes, but that's how it goes. First time here, and nobody was in the carwash when I pulled up, so i didn't really know what to do, and Just Kind of waited. Pulled around to get the full service, and nobody told me to wait or go inside. Nobody said to leave the car or stay, so I just kind of waited until I got someone's attention. They didn't ask for my receipt to show what kind of service I paid for, but maybe they already knew? Windshield was still a little dirty and for $23, I wasn't too impressed. First of all, the guy in the wash was struggling on the passenger side of my Jeep where the antenna was & I asked what he was doing? He tells me "I can't remove your antenna without scratching up the paint." Are you freaking kidding me?! Why are you even doing that in the first place?! I told him to leave it on before he breaks it! He told me my Jeep can't go through the wash with it on because the machine will rip it off. I then told him I wanted a refund & I wanted to leave immediately! He brought out his supervisor (who wasn't friendly or of any help) and he said to me with an attitude, "just leave it on then & take the risk." I went through the machine without any problem. When I got to the hand drying area outside, I got out and inspected my antenna. It was still intact....BUT that ahole scratched up my paint and harness!! I WILL NEVER E-V-E-R BE BACK!! Avoid this car wash at all costs! I brought my car in today to get a hand wash and carpets shampooed since I'm SELLING the car in 2 days! After I paid and for in the car I noticed the check engine light was on!!!! Seriously?! I just had the car appraised a few days ago and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I called to speak with the manager and got nothing out of him except for "what do you want me to do about it" and "the light was already on" or, my favorite, "maybe the car needs service." Do not take your car to this business. I had an unfortunate incident happen to my tire. The mechanism that feeds your car into the car wash ruined my tire. In an attempt to reach the owners Brent and Harvey was a joke in itself. I spoke to Vanessa and simply asked her to take down my information to I could speak with the owner. She had an attitude with me and instead of putting me on hold, she put the phone down and became speaking unpleasantries in Spanish. I finally had to make a special trip to the car wash and spoke to Elias. When I finally heard from Brent, he met with with anger in his face. There is no cordiality with either one of the owners. Brent continued to spin my communication. No listening skills and absolutely no customer service. I was then told that they needed to hand wash it and they usually charge $65 for it (includes interior cleaning as well), but wasn't charge a dime more than what I had already paid.
