Claudia is my stylist, got her by random once and never left. Not only is she smart and talented but she is super considerate of what I want and doesn't mind extra instructions or questions. As a business it's highly unprofessional. I'm good with my teen hearing it but not younger kids. So if you have kids I say stay away. Shop could care less about what the kids hear. I was told that I could make an appointment or just go as a walk-in, which I did. Wasn't far from my home and was pretty easy to find. My barber ended up being Dave and couldn't have asked for a more polite and courteous person. Explained what I wanted and what I like and was perfectly understood, which can be hard in some places. Dave explained the services with the beard including the straight razor and hot towel treatment. I was extremely happy with my haircut and felt good about going to an interview.
