This review is LONG overdue. Which is kind of not cool, given how AMAZING everyone that works here is. From the very first phone call (I left a voicemail after hours - I received a returned call within minutes). Joe was courteous, professional and so accommodating! He answered all of my questions, (there were many) and always made me feel like he had nothing else to do but try to accommodate my crazy schedule to get me seen as soon as possible. This is a recurring theme with each and every person I have come into contact with at EE. When you walk in, you're greeted with a warm smile and they actually listen to the answer when they ask, "how you are doing?" Jessica is lovely and so good at what she does, she's not only passionate about her career and patient care, but she really cares about representing Joe and Raquel's business as if it were her own. Raquel is flat out one of the best at what she does. She has a gentle approach to all aspects of caring for her clients/patients and is so open to questions and takes the time to give thorough and meaningful explanations. She cares deeply about her patients and her unwavering commitment to ensuring the treatment that was chosen by the client is not only appropriate, but fully understood by the patient/client as to WHY it's a good choice for them. She actually talked me OUT of one procedure, because she felt it wasn't necessary and gave me a less invasive and more affordable alternative. Raquel is a true pleasure to be around and so passionate about administering everything with precision, a gentle touch and makes you feel as comfortable as possible given that some of this stuff isn't exactly a walk in the park! Lol! Her candor and honesty are a breath of fresh air. I had both Morpheus 8 and hydra facial treatments over several visits and this is not my first clinic to have had them. It is the first clinic where I was treated like royalty! To be honest, the last clinic was fine, but dang did it ever HURT! I was steeling myself for another round of Morpheus torture but that clinic couldn't see me for several weeks and I couldn't wait that long. So in a mild panic, I called Executive Esthetics and they quickly turned what I thought was a hassle into the best experience I have ever had regarding my skin. I will not only be a regular customer, I've already referred several friends to get spoiled by Joe, Jessica and Raquel. When I find something this good, I become fiercely loyal. Which is why I feel so badly that it took me over a month to post this. They're wonderful people-get ready for a fantastic experience. Raquel is the BEST! Truly authentic and not pushy at all... Knows her stuff and does good work. I only gave 4-stars because they are impossible to get a hold of. I haven't been able to reach them for over a month. They have some automated text that they send after you call and then you go in circles trying to schedule an appointment. One time, I called after many back & forth texts and Joe answered but then quickly hung up and never called me back. As horrible as this sounds, I would still go there again. Although, I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend. How does that make sense... Here's my logic. Raquel does great work... I feel comfortable with her and her work. However, I wouldn't recommend them to a friend because the inability to reach them and the difficulty/challenges in scheduling an appointment can be frustrating. I really love this Med Spa because everyone is so friendly and takes the time to explain the different treatments to make sure you are satisfied with the results. Plus you get an ocean view while get your procedure! They are very accommodating and have found both Nurse Raquel and Michelle to be very very skilled in the treatments that I have received.....Botox, Evoke Shaping and weight loss. I heard great things about this business and Raquel. I drove an hour in the rain to come see for myself. WOW WOW WOW!!! What a great location right next to the beach. The decor was luxurious and well designed. I could see the beach from my room which was very relaxing. All of her equipment is state of the art and high-tech. She placed a warm, comfy, weighted blanket over me to keep warm. They also have their own parking. I scheduled a much needed executive facial. I highly recommend Executive Esthetic for anyone that wants quality results and extra friendly service. I came to Raquel two weeks ago to get my merphus8 done but when Jessica the medical Esthetician saw I have some spots that were more dry and flacking she raised a red flag then Raquel explained to me why she would prefer to postpone the tx which made I totally understand she cared more about me we reschedule after talking for a long time she explained how the treatment works and what she recommends, came back the following week and let me tell you all she took her time to preform the tx she made sure I had zero discomfort she always asked and checked to see how I was doing, I really enjoyed my time there it's a family friendly spa loved the fact that Jess made sure while I'm numbing that I'm comfortable warm if I need anything to drink best part they have a call bottom in case u need anything they come running. I truly felt so uncomfortable here. Raquel didn't want to take any time to explain to me the procedures, wouldn't look me in the eye, and said she would only come back in when I was ready to start. Another employee came in (she has since quit) and was shocked that Raquel wouldn't explain the procedures to me and took the time to talk about pricing/ what's happening to me. I booked an appointment for a consultation and Raquel seemed angry that I wanted to understand what procedures they were going to do, she popped back in while the other employee was taking the time to explain the procedures to me and asked "is she going to do it or not?" I don't even know where to begin. Nurse Raquel and her team always make me feel welcomed and she really takes the time to educate me about what my options are and answers all my questions. At this point I have had several appointments with her as I am doing a series of Hydrafacials and Morpheus 8 treatments to delay getting Botox and to turn back the hands of time. I am a licensed esthetician and I am VERY particular about who I go to for my skin care needs and I am so happy I found someone I can trust. I also love that every time I go in for a treatment I earn points and so far I have $500 dollars towards my next treatment! Amazing! Speechless! I finished my third Morpheus 8 treatment yesterday. First of all my results even after my first treatment were shocking, so I can't wait for my results after the third treatment. I have been to many medical spas in the past, the best ones in Beverly Hills. This place tops all the places I have been in the past. Raquel is very knowledgeable, best customer service, you have ocean view while you get your treatment. I used to get anxiety before my PRP treatments. I would just like to preface this by saying I have never once left a bad review but my experiences here have been so terrible that I felt like I needed to to save other people their time and money. I get laser hair removal done here and the first two or three appointments Raquel was awesome. I even recommended friends and one of them started see her for treatments as well. At about my third or fourth treatment I would call to schedule an appointment and they would answer and ask to call me back and then never would. Then my friend received some wildly inappropriate texts from Raquel and she was extremely uncomfortable and asked me to schedule an appointment at the same time so she wouldn't have to go alone and raquel agreed. So it comes time for the appointment and I showed up 45 minutes early just incase she had time to start me early so by the time I was done my friend would get there and I could sit with her. When I got there the door was locked so I texted raquel who read my text but didn't reply. I sat outside until 10 minutes before the appointment I saw her husband through the door and he let me in and raquel was inside the entire time ignoring me. She then freaked out and refused to treat us and was yelling at her husband about very personal things. Then he asked if we could reschedule which I did and since then I have been cancelled on multiple times. My friend was too uncomfortable to go back and they refused to offer a refund or any compensation for cancelling on her three separate times and putting her in a terribly awkward situation. I wanted to push through and finish my treatments and I saw her again successfully one more time and she didn't even apologize. Then I scheduled another appointment and the day of she asked if we could push it back 30 minutes. I agreed. I got there she walked me into the room and told me to change and she'd be back. Then about 30 minutes later she came in and said "oh you're here" and kept asking me what areas I was getting done even though I had already told her multiple times. She then asked if she could share the laughing gas with me which I responded "I dont use the gas". She then proceeded to inhale the gas for a few minutes to the point where the couldn't stand straight. It took her minutes to get her gloves on and then she walked over to me swaying back and forth drooling and making noises like she was going to throw up so finally I'd had enough and went to get her husband and he came in and said "I'm sorry she only had one glass of wine earlier". I asked to be rescheduled and he said he was confident she could still do the job, even as she could barely stand up. I said I would rather reschedule and agreed to the following Monday. Then knowing their history of not being there during my appointments I called around noon the day of my next appointment and the husband hadn't remembered scheduling me but said it still worked. Then 30 minutes before my appointment they canceled and asked if I could come the next day. I said fine and went the next day and AGAIN the door was locked and no one was there. I texted them and demanded a refund for my remaining treatments to go elsewhere and it's been almost a week and I haven't heard a thing from them apologizing or giving me my refund. The treatments themselves were okay but the two other aestheticians I saw there during my time before they quit were much more thorough and professional. I have wasted so much time and money on this business and I regret so much not choosing a different office. If you want your time to be respected and you want your treatments actually completed DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. read more
