BEWARE .... BEWARE ... BEWARE Lies....Lies.....Lies CLEANING COMPANY Marco and Gina RAYGOZA and LIED THEY DO PAINT JOBS n TOOK OFF WITH DEPOSIT $700 n Left messy job. Poor service, always say this time n always show up LATE, unprofessional, very little they know how to paint. WORST they came to bid on a job that my previous painter left unfinished because we paid him 90% ahead since he guilt tripped my husband...Constantly Promised me that we will be happy and will only take 1 day and I cannot believe it coz there's a lot to do but the reassurance of finishing within a day was I was sold. Started quoting $700-$1000 then hired on the spot for promises that they will clean n prep before painting...then started the job then raised price to $1600 since i asked to add railing n stairs and then next day raised to $2000 and then we went back n forth n agreed to $1800... first day...whole day 3 people, wife and husband n another guy..worked like snails as promised they can finish in 1 day..n only done 1 small bedroom and half of railing...and found paint brushes were soaked in my new sink in the bathroom...checked paint job was very poor...streaks paint marks n running paint on our new vinyl flooring...n bedroom painted was poorly painted n i sent text and pictures and the promises came that they haven't finished yet and railing was painted poorly too...NO PREP anywhere AS PROMISED.. n no covering carpet and painting stains on my stone floor and kitchen cabinet and microwave and they tried to cover costs n not using materials to protect what needed to protect from paints as agreement we only provided paint n we end up buying 7 blue tapes to start with. Spray painted the walls n all painted areas was still see thru n they removed plastic protections thinking job is done but clearly not yet and missed some parts to paint, spray paint walls color went on all ground molding and baseboards..and high windows..NO SHOW on 3 days they were supposed to work...promised will finish in 1 day went on for 1 week and we paid $700 as deposits n we provided paint n i addressed mistakes for them to take note n they reassured us we will be happy coz they are not done yet...exactly 1 week today they showed up n lied to us that they have to return their step to a cousin and need to go to home deport n get a bigger steps n I asked them then why they are packing their tools then the lies saying because they need to drop it off first to a cousin near by on their way to Home Depot. I knew they were lying n won't return to finish the job as not done, nothing was finished n asked her to just tell me the truth but she kept lying they will be back. I asked her then please go and clean the sink where they soaked the paint brushes and she told me that was not necessary at the time and the husband was rudely n saying why does she has to answer my questions whether they will return or not n mentioned something about $, n i confirmed from there they were not returning....yesterday I had to clean and finally cover the carpet myself which they never did they paint and work over it for days, and fixed and sanded mistakes they made n runny paints and yesterday I sent them a text I won't pay them anymore until they finish a job to our satisfaction. Waste of money and time, ended up looking for other painters to get re paint the whole trash paint job they started and all quoted more money to Redo what they started and they left the job unfinished and didn't finish at least 1 room. Amazes me they have a cleaning company but trashes work and messy paint job and empty cups and their cans drink thrown around the house for days and not tossed in the trash daily, amazes me how can someone work like this run a cleaning service. Makes me so upset as I was making ice tea daily for them which I shouldn't have done...for them to think it's ok and to take advantage n knowing what we just dealt with previous painter and they did the same thing to us n to come n convinced us they can do the job but all was a lie just to collect $ and move on to the next victim coz they can't paint at all... so BEWARE read more

I hired these people of of thumbtack and let me say. The worse cleaning service by far. I needed to get a deep cleaning due to having a water damaged, so all the repairs was fix just needed a wipe down from dust etc. me being 8 months pregnant I can deal with dust rt now. However I clean my house every day so you would think easy money for them. Well it's like they are were never hear. They arrived late. Did pretty much nothing. And are very rude. Georgina is vey unprofessional and they broke my refrigerator shelve. And did not even say hey can we make it rt. I am beyond furious with these people they should not be in business. I can go on and on. And when I asked for at least $100 back she said good luck trying to get it. Very rude. I already submitted a complaint with better business bureau. That's a lie Georgina and I have everything on camera that you broke the shelve. How can it have been broken before when there was items on it. Do not make excuse for your poor work ethic. And my dog was out side besides a chihuahua in a cage. Hilarious... read more

Just not clean. They quoted us $265 for a four bedroom house, 2500 sq ft for a DEEP clean. They didn't even clean the bare minimum let alone all of the things they list as part of a deep clean. I hired them to deep clean our house before my in-laws came to town, I have two children under two years old and one with special needs. We didn't have time to thoroughly clean the house with the amount of hours of therapy my son requires. I have a regular cleaning lady who doesn't do deep cleans yet when she cleans our house it is 100 times cleaner than this. There is still crumbs on the counters and tables, dust on every shelf and table top, crumbs and dog hair in the corners, and none of the baseboards or light switches were even touched. They keep trying to say that I am complaining about things that are add ons, or cost extra or that my house was soooo dirty and cluttered yet we spent time getting our house ready for them by clearing off all floors and countertops of clutter, leaving appliances and decor. The things that are in my pictures are basic things that need to be wiped down. When I expected a DEEP clean, I didn't even get a basic cleaning. I was surprised when it only took them 3 hours to clean our whole house. When I told them about the issue they did offer to rectify the problem, but I don't have time to take my kids out for another 4 hours, especially when I'm not confident it will get cleaned. We booked this cleaning service to clean our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Palm Desert. From the initial conversation with them, there was a problem. The owner of the company said that they would arrive at 9 am. I rearranged my schedule to ensure that I would be home for the cleaning crews arrival. At 10:00 am, I received a text from the owner saying that they were coming from 60 miles away (not a local company that I thought that I hired) & that they would arrive closer to 10:30! This was 1 1/2 hours after they were supposed to arrive. The service was horrible! They didn't dust the furniture, bearly vacumned (and no corners), & tracked dirt throughout the house with their shoes on. This "service" charged me $275.00 which was a total rip-off, as I had to clean the entire house AFTER they left. I reached out to the owner via Yelp message & text & didn't receive a reply. I would NEVER use this company again and recommend that you don't either (unless you want to pay someone for YOU to clean your own house!) read more

They are really responsive which is a huge plus but the day they were supposed to arrive. They misplaced their vaccination cards...I don't judge people who don't get vaccinated but we have people over 70 and a 6 month old baby in our home. We don't go out and it is so important for us to have that verification. One person was able to show their card but the other said they had to go to the clinic to get a new card. I wish this was something that was a bigger priority. This place was great at responding but just don't have their records up to date. :( read more
