After they left, I spent at least 2 more hours re-doing stuff that they missed and lacked detail. The kitchen didn't have the stove cleaned- there's oven cleaner that takes off that buildup. The outside of the dishwasher or outside of refrigerator wasn't wiped at all. The granite in the butler's pantry not even touched for a wipe down. The sink not cleaned at all. The floor was not mopped adequately- even though I provided a Hoover wet vac cleaner- she chose not to use it because it would take too much time but instead used a dirty mop that just moved the dirt around. Super disappointed that there was no pride in doing good work. Nothing was put back in its original spot. Even the cleaner was shoved back in the closet with cord unraveled and pushed against my coats. I would love to find someone that does a great job that I can hire for a regular service that I don't have to be on-site for - let me know if you have any recommendations.

The people who had cleaned our house previously took longer to get the same results which made us feel like "When are we getting our house back?" Cathy and Pablo did the same quality of work in less time. My wife likes how the tile is not sticky from using too much cleaner in the mop water, and the fragrance is light not overpowering. Called them for a move out cleaning of a rental I manage. I initially called and they have an AI bot to take your info and then someone will email you with a quote. I received my quote that included 10% off for first time customers. It is required to pay more than half up front and then the remainder due when they are done. I received a text that day that it was taking them longer which was not an issue because the house was vacant. They sent me an invoice right away for the remainder which I paid. A few days later I looked at the invoice and realized they did not give me the discount on the final payment. I called, emailed and texted them to let them know what had happened and asked if I could receive a refund for the $62 I over paid. Have not heard from anyone. When I went to the home to check the cleaning, there were so many things missed. I ended up having to go in and clean things myself. For $620 I should not have to come in and finish cleaning it. Floor was not cleaned, foot prints and sticky stuff still on the floor, shower door hard water spots still there, blinds not fully cleaned etc. the home had been painted so no walls or baseboards needed to be cleaned. I also found one of the blinds had been broke and also the toilet paper holder was off the wall and on the kitchen counter. Never received anything saying things had broke during the cleaning. If they had responded back I would not have left this review and would have just sucked it up to lesson learned and wouldn't hire them again. However I think people should know this is how they do business. I have over 40 rentals I manage and would have loved to have someone that I could call regularly for cleanings. Most services I found outsourced the cleaning, where they would take half the fee and then only pay the cleaners a small amount. I wanted to find someone local and where the money went to their entire team. I was up front that I didn't want her discussing money or what would be included because I knew that would stress out my mother in law and also she would feel bad if she wanted more services and thought they cost extra. Lucy asked to come stop by the house to assess it first which I thought was reasonable so she could quote it accurately. From there it went downhill. First of all she was late. Which is fine in itself but when you are dealing with the elderly they prefer people to be on time because they literally plan their entire day around a visit. 15 min late became 30 min late... and to me that's not acceptable. You should be on time. It's a matter of respect. Secondly she made comments to my mother in law about every aspect of her house and made her feel bad, it gave the impression that everything was dirty. She asked oh do you want to add blinds, that will be extra. Do you want to add the oven, that will be extra. It made my mother in law uneasy and I asked her not to discuss these specifics for this extra reason and to just give me line items of what each thing would be additionally so I could make the best decision for us. Lastly she told my mother in law it would take 8+ hours to clean her 1100 square foot house and that she had to take all the items off all her counters. She is elderly and that was just too much for her. I felt Lucy should have listened to me and discussed all these things with me, the person that would be paying and hiring her, not with my mother in law.
