That's what led her to Wink & Polish and in turn, how I became a client! First, this is a beautiful salon. It is very clean and classy. They have a lot of drink options and take good care of you making sure you always have a drink if you want one. My friend had an appointment on Sunday, but I didn't make one, so I did have to wait for 45 minutes. But they let me sit next to her in the pedicure chair while I waited. Diane took great care of me and it was truly the best pedicure I've ever had. I can see why my friend has been a client of hers for so long. I've already decided to become her regular. My friend is big on design nails so she makes her appointments with Sky. I decided to try designs and had my nails done by Simon! He was amazing. I've already been complimented so many times on my nails that he did and I haven't even had them done for a week. I'm obsessed. This is definitely worth driving a little further than my previous place to be so happy with my nails. I also feel like they are very reasonably priced for the quality of work they do! They make you sign a waiver with a bunch of things they make them selves not responsible for which should have been a red flag because a lash professional wouldn't need that. I wasn't happy with them as soon as I seen them because it was exactly what I said I didn't want but per the waiver even if she does them like you didn't ask for she isn't responsible which basically means she can do whatever she wants and you are stuck with it. Added in picture what I wanted vs what I didn't. And what I got. I asked for classic which is 1 lash per lash and I have some fans mixed in. A waste of $109

Every fingernail was left with a different shape some are wider, some are more pointed, and others are uneven. I asked the technician to reshape them, but she barely attempted to correct the issue. I also requested a cat-eye design, yet there is no clear or defined cat-eye effect. The pedicure was equally inconsistent. The polish is streaky and uneven, with visible brush marks, rough edges, and inconsistent application around the cuticles and sides of the toenails. The overall finish looks rushed and unprofessional. I made the owner aware of my concerns. He offered a 15% discount due to the poor shaping and also offered to have someone from another salon come over to reshape my nails. However, I was told there would be an additional wait. I arrived at 4:15 p.m. and did not leave until 7:15 p.m. After already spending three hours there, I was exhausted and simply wanted to go home. At that point, I decided I would have to reshape them myself. I appreciate that a partial discount and another technician were offered, but neither option adequately resolved the overall quality issues with both services. The results are clearly shown in the photos and do not reflect the standard I expected from a professional salon. I paid for a manicure and pedicure but left needing to correct the work myself. I am extremely disappointed with the experience.
