I've been here 4 times and had a great experience each. .have so much fun hanging out here as they are so laid back and relay personal experience with the product. It seems they are good about employee education through consumption. On my first visit I mentioned to my cute budtender that I needed something for dabs but don't want to spend a bunch because I have a nice collection of rigs back home. She hooked me up with a Nectar Collector and gave me a few tips on how she uses it along with turner my me on to some peanut butter wax that was so creamy and smooth. When I was checking out she kept finding cool stuff to show me and gave me a bunch of cool schwag. The next time I was greeted at the front and they were like hey what's up weren't you just here yesterday? Your budtender calls you back and you get 100% attention throughout the entire process. They show you all the prepackaged flower and help you pick the fattest one with the best nugs. They are not too pricey but not as bad as Bo$$ Hogg next door. read more

I'm furious with the experience I've had at Exhale today! Not only did I call to confirm they had the items I wanted in stock but I then proceeded to drive 40 minutes to pick up my order, only to be told they are sold out!!! They never have consistency with their selections, their loyalty program is the worst I've ever encountered and the managers I spoke to today are completely incompetent. Whoever runs this place needs to take a good look at themselves as its gone so far downhill. I went through their "drive-thru" that doesn't work right to wait at the menu board for 10 minutes without anyone saying anything. I got annoyed and pulled up to the window to see three employees eating food, laughing. I guess the drive thru is a breakroom?! Either way, why didn't anyone help me when they watched me sit there and push the button for help!! That's when I had to pack in front to walk in only to be told they were sold out and be met with unprofessional attitudes and staff that seem like they hate their jobs!!! They offered me 10% off items that weren't what I wanted, what a joke!!! This place used to be my favorite in town but now I'll never recommend!!! Used to be my favorite until they changed their rewards program to steal/deceive their repeat customers. I spoke with Marnie and she was deeply condescending, rude, and disrespectful. Beware! Essence has better prices and better loyalty programs for locals. I don't recommend giving this store your money -- especially locals! -- because there are lots of other options where you'll be treated like you matter and won't take your money and then change their terms. If you are at the palms or the rio it's walkable, but if you are staying on the strip you can uber it for five bucks. I like my restaurants, jewelry stores, and cannabis dispensaries to be sparkling clean. Call me odd, but I don't want my dentist to have dirty fingernails (nor my proctologist for that matter). Upon entering Exhale, I was put at ease by its cleanliness. Michelle, the budtender who tended my bud needs, was sweet and personable. The manager, Angelo, was cool and calm as one disgruntled customer was loudly whining about something beyond the dispensary's control. But what impressed me the most was a list of all the edibles and their prices on a sheet of paper. I hate when you have to ask "How much is this one?" followed by "What about that one?" and then "How potent is the product?" Exhale Nevada has an edible menu with prices and THC content listed so that we don't have to ask a hundred questions. What a simple concept that makes life easier for the consumer AND the employee. Used to be my favorite until recently. They changed their rewards program to benefit them! When I originally signed up for their rewards it was 2 points per every $1, then it changed to 1 point per $1, but you could get any item under 30..... now it's $1 per point and you need 300 points just get a bullsh*t pre-roll or gummies. BEST DISPENSARY IN VEGAS ! They actually take the time to help you and the inside is sick. Visited big shops like reed that's cool and everything but this is a real gem. TONY took his time with us and made sure we even had stuff to do around Vegas. Also the black guy that helped us the day before is mad cool too. WEBSITE HAS INCORRECT THC LEVELS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS!!! BUYERS BEWARE!! Recently purchased online order half of OZ and website did not say it would be shake, also had lower THC than website posting!!! When I returned to exhale 30 minutes later, with receipt, and unopened flower, they refused to correct to the problem. Manager was unhelpful, I'll never shop with them again! The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The place was clean & the waiting area was big from what I could see. I was ready to get to the back. Enter the back and it's small but big enough for 2-5 people. The budtenders were knowledgeable and friendly. Exhale is my go to place, pretty much the only place I go to. They have a friendly staff with good communication. But, their website is always filled with incorrect information these days, when you put in an order from products you see on the website, the workers tell you that the price is incorrect and it's actually more than what you'd seen on the website, or in my case the last 2-3 times I've went, they just give you a whole different product than what you order. Will most likely still come here, but hope they get their glitches figured out. read more

We've been coming to this dispensary for a while now and the budtenders have always helpful until today. The women that called us back left us for another customer and didn't say anything else besides the smart remark she gave when we got in. Another guy came to help but unfortunately didn't give us the product we went in for.... this tends to happen more often than not which is really upsetting just because of the good service we've always gotten. I have been coming to this place on and off for 7 months and I do have to say my experience with them today was amazing! I had purchased a vape cartridge yesterday and somehow the cartridge got really messed up. When I went back in today they were all very friendly and helped me with the problem. I had 3 different people try to figure out how to deal with the situation at hand and from a managers point of view I would be peony's of the team I have working there. Very professional and apologized that it was taking so long even though it was out of their hands.
